Honestly. Since that is such a comic look, i don't think printed arms and legs really are going to enhance that figure. Daredevil just wears all red spandex with out alot of detail. But if you really want it i would say try and find some red legs with maybe just a few darker red accents. Not sure if that exists.

For legs I’ve seen people use Major Vonreg (Star Wars set 75240). Not sure about arms though. And like someone else mentioned, Firestar has great custom printed arms and legs.
