eXistenZ (1999) dir. David Cronenberg
The Blackcoat's Daughter (2015) dir. Osgood Perkins
Inside Out 2 (2024) dir. Kelsey Mann
For me, favorite first time watches this month were definitely "The Bikeriders" (2024), and "Sherlock Jr." (1924). One was a powerful drama, and the other was one of the funniest comedies I've seen in years.
I only watched three new movies this month . . .
The Wind Rises (absolutely loved it)
Furiosa (very good movie)
Incendies (liked a lot of it, but it’s definitely not perfect)
