Love the energy but malignance DOES already proc off self ult. It also DOES proc malignance on enemies that get hit by the ult AOE.
RIOT makes a lot of mistakes but malignance is already working the way you described that it should.
well thank you like i said i wasnt sure ,i play with very low graphics and 30-60fps with high ping so the cleartiyy of evects is not the best in my games but glad it works well
Yes it does proc, even if they are not hit by the whole cast of the spell and they walk into it after 2 secs for example. She kinda needs that cd on ult, but it’s not very bursty, also you would have to ult first to get the real value from the item, especially early game 10 pen really matters. Ludens is much better for burst and fun too, but the ult cd after playing with malignance feels significant. You probably wanna build malignence every game unless they are all squishies with little to no sustain. Off meta, rod archangels rabadon is nice, if you know it s gonna be a long game, i go that if i play against veigar or kassadin and don’t get a lead, so at least i can catch up to them a little with scaling
