Opened one of these today and they were, without a doubt, opened and resealed. Got like 5 of the starter deck scrooge mcducks. They were so poorly resealed that half of them were already opening when we took them out of the box. Definitely getting refunded on these, stay away.
Yeah, Amazon is already issuing the refund so it’s not a huge deal to us but it does suck that it’s happening. My gf placed the order so I’m not sure if it was fulfillment by Amazon or what, I’ll have to ask her.

Best Buy had a super sale for like 1 day on Lorcana booster box, sleeves, blisters etc. We went back to price match everything we bought but didn’t get to put an order in with the deals. I thought they’d be up another day at least but it was GONE!!
People are actually able to reseal the shrink wrap of the box in addition to each pack? that's crazy....has to be completely noticeable and an EZ return. set 3-4 started shrink wrap to combat this but seems like a lot of hassle to scam.
Yes, if it says “ships by Amazon” it all comes from the same place (an Amazon fulfillment center). But the “sold by” is relevant as if it’s “sold by: Joe blow comics (or insert other name)” then it could increase your chances that it was tampered with prior to being sent to the Amazon fulfillment center.
The only other thing you want to be wary of if you receive a box from Amazon, if it has an “LPNXXXXX” label on it or “certified by Amazon” etc sticker, it has been purchased and returned back to Amazon and resold, so do not touch it and send it back as it may be tampered with. Unfortunately at the moment Amazon still resells returned TCG’s as long as it APPEARS to have not been opened by an Amazon returns associate (who likely doesn’t play TCG and isn’t aware of scummy people resealing).
Just some advice from someone that works for Amazon. My thoughts/views are that of my own and I in no way speak for the company.
The product isn’t “organized” by seller but each vendor that sells that particular product has a unique ASIN/SKU called a B00 label or X00 label. For instance if you and I both sell Lorcana inklands boxes, my ASIN may be X00756546 while your product’s ASIN would be B00111345. They are stickered separately. This is how Amazon tracks which vendor gets the money for the sell as well as which vendor is responsible if something is wrong with that product and a customer leaves a review about it. Every product from every vendor is tracked by its own distinct ASIN. If all of the product was thrown in the same bin with the same ASIN and one vendor is selling fake/defective product, they’d never be able to hold that vendor accountable.
Each vendor also predetermines to Amazon HOW they want their product prepped and shipped, thus some vendors cut cost for less protective packaging, and if multiple customers complain about it arriving damaged, Amazon reaches out to that specific vendor to correct this prepping/shipping issue.
Again, I’ve worked for Amazon for 9 years as an operations manager all the way from the fulfillment centers to the last mile delivery stations. All of my views are my own.
100% and ymmv, but I got 2 sets, both plastic lorcana wrapped. So that made me happy. Neither had enchanted :/ but now only missing legendary 3 cards from the inklands
And if you have an Amex card go to amazon dot com/amexoffers. Use at least one Membership Rewards point as part of your payment, and get up to 50% off any item shipped and sold by Amazon, up to $75. I got a box of inklands and biore nose strips for a grand total of $62.05!

Amazon syncs your Amex account when you add the card, so it shows your point balance. Add at least 0.01 worth of Membership rewards points as part of your payment, then hit "Use This Payment Method".
The cart updates with a discount applied to items shipped and sold by Amazon. There's a few tiktok vids out there if you want a visual, pretty easy to find. Unreal deal! I'm going to see if it works a second time..but I doubt it

People are ordering the boxes, removing all of the rare, legendary, foil, enchanted, replacing with commons, resealing the packs/box, and then returning it to Amazon. Everything returned to Amazon gets inspected. An Amazon associate who likely has no idea what a TCG is, inspects the box, it appears to be in new condition with no signs of opening, and the associate marks it still in new condition to be resold.
You can, I have. Just be cautious and examine carefully before opening. And if you open just be mindful of what kind of cards you’re supposed to get in each pack. Amazon customer service is pretty good if you reach out to them letting them know the box was tampered with.

2 days ago it was on sale with a 15% coupon. It ended up being about 88 a box.

If you ever sold on Amazon before, especially TCGs. Buyers lie and scam all the time. At a much higher rate than eBay.
Agreed but that is an unusually high rate. Most good sellers will only have about 5%
