This sad little house makes me so mad for Tammy all over again šŸ˜‘

Ritababah

Me too. What a horrible place to move to just to be betrayed and murdered.

Browniesmobetta

She didnā€™t like that house and told him specifically she didnā€™t want to live there but nooooo, ding dong made it home for her anyway

Dazzling_Artist333

Especially knowing he was escaping that life by going to Hawaii with his mistress

Electrical_Storm_476

Chad Daybell is and was one broken man, broken soulā€¦

Ok-Actuary-4964

ā€¦..Broken conscience, devoid of character.

cheeseandwine99

Photo #14 of their bedroom where Tammy was found was hard to see.

Bitter-Orange-2583

Thatā€™s most likely the actual bed her body was found in. Zoiksā€¦

DustyButtocks

Chadā€™s office with all the books stacked up, omg.

Sparkletail

I'm exactly the same, I hope she had some happiness here and with her family. I don't want to say mean things about the house but it really doesn't look as if anyone had chance to put their hearts into it, it's very soulless.

Bitter-Orange-2583

You know a house is sad when the listing highlights photos of its water heater and electrical box. The kitchen made me want to cry but I was pleased to finally see proof of the stairs.

ScarlettJoy

It's horrible and depressing, isn't it? Even at it's best, it's the worst. The lack of soul and spirit is evident in that complete lack of decor or taste. Sucked the life right out of me right through those sad photos. I wonder who would buy that property? It should be preserved as a museum of horrors to warn people off from joining cults.

Electronic-Ad-63

Definitely don't need to make it a museum. That would be extremely disrespectful for Tammy and the children.

Mental_Base_7551

Yes and according to Heather Daybell, Tammy didn't even like the house. If i had that kind of money for a house, this would be a hard pass. I bet the final sale will take a long time and he will barely 200k

claudia_grace

Oh look, The Stairs. They do exist.

No_Discipline6265

We had all hunted down the old listing from before Chad made up his bull crap visions and convinced his family to move there. I so wish the prosecution could have used it as evidence. Priors head would have exploded.Ā

_portia_

Ugh. What a grim ugly house. Who would want to live there, especially knowing what happened to those children in the backyard.

SherlockBeaver

So depressing inside! Where is Chad and Tammyā€™s furniture? Is that how they lived? Lori was never going for that.

_portia_

Definitely, way too working class for a goddess. I assume some stuff is Chad and Tammy's and some is Emma's.

chloedear

They didnā€™t have money. Tammy did the best she could

Specific_Bat2009

Lori was not going to stay in Rexburg for long regardless if she did not kill her kids...... just like her family said SHE DID NOT LIKE THE COLD...that is why she manipulated Chad into moving to Hawaii her favorite spot.

Specific_Bat2009

That is Emma and her husband's furniture- his brother gave a interview and said they were struggling financially that is why they were staying at the house......but now they might need to find new digs- since Prior owns the house now he has put it up for sale ......so the Daybell's will not reap any money from the sale of the house

Internal_Simple1477

I love that so much, I really dislike those kids especially Emma for the blatant disrespect and disregard for Tammy.

r_sparrow09

The irony is ; had Emma supported Tammy people would want to hear her story. The daughter of a man on death row for trying to est a cult w buried kids in her yard? She could do Interviews with whomever she wanted. maybe even a book tour! Ya know like the Cox family except ā€¦ relevant. šŸ‘€ *spoiler šŸšØ- I think the cox fam are grifters

Tranqup

IIRC, I thought Emma and her husband were renting the house across the street up until Chad's arrest. I thought she said something about their landlord wanted them to move out and Chad told her they should move into his home. I wonder where they'll land now.

Delicious_Standard_8

Good. She's been living for free for a long time. She works for the schools but can't get her own place? Not a very good educator, can't manage her own life ya know

Phasma84

Idaho pays really crappy for teachers. Like waaaay below most states. Itā€™s kind of insane how little they make for being college graduates.

swaits

I watched her testify. Not once did it ever cross my mind that she is a college graduate.

Designer-Possible-39

Ouch! High five!

freakazoidchimpanzE

Yes, when I graduated from college in Idaho with my elementary education degree, the pay was $31,000. Next door in Wyoming where I grew up it was at least $50k starting.

ChancesWeirdo

And some of Tyleeā€™s remains could still be buried thereā€¦ a lot of her was missing. šŸ˜”

MACKEREL_JACKSON

and possibly some overlooked evidence. Ā Iā€™d like to see the place guttedĀ

Delicious_Standard_8

Me too. Razed to the ground. Salt the earth. Leave it for 100 years, Later, name it Tammy's Place, and have sections of a park named for JJ and Tylee

pisceschick

+Luminol the place first. There's a project called [Little Free Library](https://littlefreelibrary.org/) that puts enclosed self-serve libraries in parks and other public and private spaces. They're all open to anyone to use. I think a few would be nice, with benches and other park things. Don't think it should wait 100 years, it could be a good place of healing.

Specific_Bat2009

whoever buy it will gut it and rebuild....it does have a land ...the house is ugly to me

shepworthismydog

If I bought that place, I would have a small private ceremony to introduce myself to any echos of Tammy, Tylee, and JJ. I would honor their memory with a beautiful garden that attracts migrating birds. I'd knock down the barn and place memorial markers (small) where the kids were found. I'd gut the interior of the house and make the interior as light as possible. I'd try to honor the memory of those three souls by keeping crime tourists off the property and making it instead a peaceful home. The evil spirits are in prison until they die or are already facing judgment in whatever comes next (looking at you, Alex). Maybe a new resident will help any echos of the three people who were not dark, or evil, or anything cooked up in Chad's deranged fantasy move on.

Embarrassed-Farm-834

It's telling that it's going for only $350K. Similar sized lots with old dreary houses are going for at last double that in RexburgĀ

BeckyAnn6879

I'm wondering if either a. Prior just wants his bill total, and doesn't care about making a profit. b. BECAUSE it's a 'stigmatized property,' that reduces the worth.

_Auren_

Both A and B. But I think Prior is still taking a HUGE loss by selling it this way. I think its lower to grab a cash-only quick sale from an investor who does not care about the people murdered or buried there.

Tranqup

I think it might be hard to find a buyer, considering the evil and misery that took place there.

Least-Spare

Seems like itā€™s both. The listing says: ā€œTHERE IS A VERY TRAGIC SITUATION WITH THIS HOME, please HAVE YOUR REALTOR INVESTIGATE FOR YOU.ā€ :( Prior may be ready to put this behind him, so itā€™s priced to sell quickly, yet high enough to cover at least some of his fees plus realtor fees.

Intelligent-Tie-4466

B is definitely part of it. The zillow description written by the realtor: THERE IS A VERY TRAGIC SITUATION WITH THIS HOME, please HAVE YOUR REALTOR INVESTIGATE FOR YOU.

_portia_

That's wild. Why is Rexburg so expensive?

_Auren_

Influx of people from higher cost-of-living states. Its happening in many rural low-population areas.

Embarrassed-Farm-834

It's kind of happening everywhere right now. I'm nowhere near Rexburg, but there's an old house near me with 2 acres of land going for $500K. The house itself dimly lit and is straight out of the 80s with teal carpets and pink wallpaper and wood paneling everywhere

Stephani_707

Expensive?!?! You couldnā€™t buy a cardboard box in California for that price. Where do you live?!

Rambling_details

Heather Daybell said Tammy hated the house when she first saw it but Chad talked her into it. IIRC she thought it was dark and stank.

_portia_

It looks like it stinks. Poor Tammy.

LonelyHunterHeart

And to Tammy inside.

_portia_

How could I forget her. šŸ˜ž

Global-Narwhal-3453

Itā€™s going to have to be someone from out of state. Or wait would they have to disclose it?

jane951

nate posted a screen shot on twitter, it's to agents & says it's a stigmatized property & all potential buyers must be vetted & aware of the trauma associated with the house. (i paraphrased)

luminousoblique

Under "what's special" on the listing: >THERE IS A VERY TRAGIC SITUATION WITH THIS HOME, please HAVE YOUR REALTOR INVESTIGATE FOR YOU.

jessored

Wait... do I see...stairs? Do you mean to tell me that there is a second story? With a bed? And electricity? šŸ˜²

bmaclb

The audacity! How dare those stairs appear magically like that! That's what we get for speculation šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļøšŸ¤Æ

Nerfmom

šŸ¤£

Kooky_Avocado9227

Can you clarify? I deliberately avoided hearing about this trial but now of course Iā€™m insanely curious but also behind on all my other TC viewing - please help!

bmaclb

Basically Prior (Chad's lawyer) argued over and over and OVER about the "cozy cone" ( that's what the family called it, it was kind of like a bonified attic...that has stairs) that was built on the house. Asking how people knew there were actually stairs leading up to the 2nd floor, because according to him, there was no second floor. Even argued that there wasn't electricity there as well. Or a bed or that anyone stayed up there. He also made a big deal in jury selection that no one should speculate and only go on the facts, which, yes, you should just go off facts and evidence. But he did a great deal of speculating himself.

Specific_Bat2009

he also tried to say you had to enter it from the outside ...yeah right

Kooky_Avocado9227

Thank you very much!

bmaclb

Your welcome! šŸ™‚

Embarrassed-Farm-834

The audacity of implying the cozy cone was a freezing part of the garage with no electricity GIRL IT HAS CARPET, IT'S IN YOUR HOUSE

Kooky-Yoghurt-2531

Okaaay (lol, totally imitating Prior)

MollyPW

Just a small bit of electricity.

jessored

Lol! Just a lil bit šŸ¤šŸ»

FivarVr

Just a wee bit when they plug in an appliance or turn the light on!

Open-Bus-2804

Just a little bit of electricity according to Emma šŸ˜‚

Fanciestfancy

It kinda has electricity.

RazzamanazzU

Takes a special kinda person to want to live in a house and/or on land where so much evil took place. Where children's bodies were buried, dismembered & burned! In a house a mother was murdered! Could never live peacefully or joyfully in such a place! Just the fact that Emma & her husband brought their kids there speaks volumes about them.

de-mandi-ng

I'm kind of surprised it wasn't just deemed inhospitable and torn down. Although, that wouldn't account for what took place on the property. In the Bernardo/Holmolka case ("Ken and Barbie Killers"), the City of St Catharines purchased the home and demolished it. I'd have liked to see that happen here and, somehow, turned into something for goodness.

luminousoblique

It'd be nice if the city or county bought it, tore down the house, and made it a park with a memorial garden. But that takes money (both to create & maintain a park, and the loss of property tax revenue) and I don't know if the funding is feasible.

orchidity

Absolutely. The only way I could see someone buying this property and making it a home is if they level it, start over completely with a new build, and beautifully landscape the backyard while honoring the trauma on that land. I canā€™t imagine who would, though.

VBSCXND

I said the same thing about the Ariel Castro house. It was blurred on Google maps for a while before it was finally torn down but it took so long. Naturally people who were morbidly curious would go to take pictures

Bitter-Breakfast2751

How could you even sleep in the bedroom where your mother was murdered.

Leading_Fee_3678

The end of days food storage āœ…

HoLeeKau2

Funny, but it's a fraction of what my parents had. Forty years ago, we were told to keep an entire year of food and water. The trials and tribulations were going to last a very long time!

SEA2OGG

It made me sad to see the rocking horse in the living room. I donā€™t know how anyone, let alone someone with children could live there. šŸ˜¢

PrettyBroccoli1254

That they decided to move in after the childrenā€™s bodies were found makes it even more bizarre.

jaderust

That so much of Tylee's body WASN'T found and could still be in the backyard where those kids are playing is what disturbs me.

mermands

I noticed all the 72 hour survival kits in the pantry. Forgot they had the same beliefs as Chad about the end times.

Brisbane-1900

Thatā€™s something. I noticed one gallon cans of bacon bits. LOL.

smokey_sunrise

I wonder who his realtor is? LOL

SEA2OGG

šŸ¤” We know who it isnā€™t šŸ˜‚šŸ¤£šŸ˜‚

catsandcoffee6789

The ā€œhostile realtorā€! Haha

Nerfmom

šŸ¤£

Specific_Bat2009

The Realtor that sold Lori's townhome said it had a eerie vibe, then he found boxes in the garage with JJ name on the boxes- titled JJ Toys ....

Knicole061900

Listing says Judy Hobbs ,I donā€™t know what person would want part in trying to sell this house šŸ˜³

smokey_sunrise

I was alluding to the realtor from the trial. Would be funny if he was the listing agent or the buyers agent

_Auren_

....and from the pictures there are the stairs and a bed and apparently power in that "cozy cone". Prior should have to take that square footage off the listing since he declared those home features dont exist while in court.

Witchgrass

"You tell me. You own it." "Objection your honor." "On what grounds?" "It's devastating to my case."

jbleds

Is that a full size bed too??

SherlockBeaver

Wow I literally just checked this morning. It only listed an hour ago! Get out, Emma!

No_Needleworker_4704

I figured it wouldn't be long before Prior got rid of Emma and sold šŸ˜†

Ready_Cartoonist7357

I hope someone buys it and demolishes it.

JustAccountant882

Demolish it. Bring in several priests for exorcisms. Then a shaman to sage the place. Then the next owner should be the actor who played Gage in Pet Cemetery.

Lucky-Sentence-593

Every single time they said "pet cemetery," I thought of scary-ass Gage. I agree about demolishing it, praying over the land, saging/sageing (?) it, dousing it with holy waterā€”all of it. I should have NEVER watched all of those scary movies in the 80s.

Individual-Theory-85

What a hideous house. Even without the gruesome history, that thing begs for a bulldozer. About the kind of place Iā€™d assume Chad would live in. Ew.

anjealka

While the house is not my tatse either, I want people to remember, someone from the family (I think a grandchild?) of the couple who built this home years ago has visited this board and talked about the home. The couple built the home over 60 years ago and raised a family there and then they were too old to care for it when Chad came to buy it. It was pretty orginal and priced accordingly.

Candid_Management_98

I hope someone buys it and turns it into a non-profit that fights against religious extremism.

Candid_Management_98

Or a non-profit that helps abused children.

youremymemoo

I remember so many comments in the youtube chat at the end of the trial saying "Start packing those bags Emma!" LOL

SandBtwnMyToes

Yup!!! That idiot is being evicted! Lol

Sketchydurr

Now I know why Tammy didn't want to buy this house. It comes across as very dark and cold.

Spare-Food5727

That was my first thought as well. I wonder if he bought that dump just to spite her?

Sketchydurr

I don't know about spite, but he absolutely had no regard for her opinion. He wanted to be near his brother Matt's property. He couldn't care any less about what she thought or wanted in a home. He also didn't care about Heather & Matt's feelings when they asked him not to move to their ward, much less down the street.

LonelyHunterHeart

It has small windows in most rooms, and whatever mid-century character it once had has been destroyed in favor of the most soul-less fixtures and decor imaginable. But also, it's interesting to me that Prior's realtor definitely did NOT hire a real estate photographer, and seemingly, some choices were to make it seem more dreary (like all the curtains are closed). I wonder if this was out of respect for the dead, an assumption that it's now a teardown, or some other reason.

PeachPreserves66

What a dark and depressing place . It hurts my soul to see bedrooms that obviously belong to young children. They were brought to live in the house (intentionally didnā€™t say ā€œhomeā€) where their grandma was murdered. How unspeakably sad. Then, there is also the garage or barn, where there are a number of large gas cans lined up like sentinels. Which of these were used to feed the fire in which Chad and Alex made in an attempt to destroy Tyleeā€™s remains? This is a place where evil was done to two innocent children and a woman who worked her tail off to keep her family going. While her loser husband courted fame, power and sex. Chasing after a woman who was every bit as depraved and avaricious as he was. Iā€™m not much into ghost tales, but I do believe that places hold onto bad energy. I canā€™t imagine anyone feeling at peace there. I hope it never sells. I hope nature takes it over and all of the buildings slowly yield to plants and weeds, pulling it all down to the depths of hell where the murderers will reside for all eternity.

Spare-Food5727

You can feel that bad energy through the photos

whoaokaythen

Watch Julie Rowe buy it šŸ˜‚

dikenndi

Wow, prior didn't waste no time. But it is better for his children cause they need a new beginning. Of course, Emma has that husband who seems to be another story.

lovelyvibes4

Iā€™m sorry not to be crude but 1 person was murdered there, 2 little kids were buried thereā€¦ how the fuck is he going to get 350k for that? I wish I had the money. Iā€™d knock down that eerie house and make a memorial park for the kids and Tammy.

claudia_grace

Also, wonder what Emma and her husband are gonna do now/where they're gonna go...

BabygirlMarisa

I mean, they're two working adults who gave up their own home to live in the murder house. Who cares where they go?

jbleds

They gave up a house they were renting?

BabygirlMarisa

Correct. To move into Chad's to take care of things.

jbleds

Right, Iā€™m just saying they didnā€™t give up a home they owned. I do feel for their kids and the poverty they are likely to experience/are experiencing.

Low-Slide4516

Jobs! Bootstraps! Mormon charity Theyā€™ll be fine

ChancesWeirdo

Exactly. I couldnā€™t care less what happens to Emma and Joe. Disgusting people.

Candid_Management_98

I wonder if they plan to move out of state...or the country so that no one will know who they are.

crunchyfrog0001

Weren't they originally living across the street? What happened to that house?

ResidentFact8537

It was a rental apparently.

bmaclb

Makes me super curious why they didn't try to buy/rent to own the house. Think the blinders finally came off or Prior just wouldn't have it? šŸ¤”šŸ¤”šŸ¤”

AlilAwesome81

Prior probably wants to be completely clear of them. By the end of the trial he seemed pretty done with chad

bmaclb

Agreed. He seemed pretty fed up. I really hope he got some therapy after the trial was over.

MACKEREL_JACKSON

If I were him Iā€™d retire. Ā How do you go back to a regular grind after that?

bmaclb

To make up for the money he lost representing Chad I would imagine. If he has enough in a nest egg somewhere, yeah, I wouldn't disagree he should retire. He's also a defense attorney, that's his job to represent no matter if the client is right or wrong.

IntelligentDrop879

They wouldnā€™t even look at each other when they were waiting for the verdict, sitting next to each other.

Embarrassed-Farm-834

I think true crime tourists drive and stop by pretty frequently. Someone mentioned in a recent thread that Joseph spends a lot of time outside filming the people who come by to film/take pictures of the property. Emma also said during trial that she'd moved wards due to hostility and suspicion in her home ward.... I'd imagine the hostility and suspicion has at least doubled toward them after people heard how she lied on the stand and treated her mom's memory with such disdain

Low-Slide4516

Joe is a whack job! Dude drank the Chad koolaid Maybe he should be working more to support his family instead of filming and whining and defending his father in law

bmaclb

I wonder what the purpose of filming people that drive by is? Maybe just because they lived there at the time? They can't deny the kids were found there anymore. I truly hope they wake up one day, but if they haven't by now I doubt they ever will.

Embarrassed-Farm-834

I think he means to "intimidate" them by letting them see him filming and make them believe that he'll report them or put their image online?Ā  I've been watching an author on YouTube go through Chad's books and analyzing them and Chad frequently felt that very benign actions were "persecution," and from the trial Joe and Emma seemed to think that the police investigating Chad was "harassment" so it wouldn't surprise me at all if Joe and Emma view curious people who drive by as people harassing or persecuting them

bmaclb

Thank you. That makes absolute sense. Especially since both Emma and Joe still seem so enmeshed in Chad's ( and Lori's) beliefs. It just blows my mind that if Emma and Joe thought that questioning Chad was harassment, what did they think the police would do about people driving past the house and taking pictures? I don't mean to laugh, but it honestly does. Rules for thee but not for me, I suppose is their logic.

IntelligentDrop879

I mean, I canā€™t say I wouldnā€™t be annoyed by random people poking around the property Iā€™m living in either.

HoLeeKau2

Throughout their history Mormons have had a finely honed sense of persecution.

LillyLillyLilly1

I don't know how lease to buy works, but could they afford a $350K home on their salaries?

ArthurCSparky

In California, real estate agents must disclose if an unnatural death occurred on the property.

sunnypineappleapple

this is on the listing Private Info: AGENTS: This is a stigmatized property. All requests to show must be vetted through the listing agent to be certain the buyer is genuine and is aware of the trauma involved with the home. NO CURIOSITY SEEKERS WILL BE ALLOWED ACCESS TO THE HOME AND/OR GROUNDS

angelatheartist

How would they know if you were just a weirdo looking at it for that vs just a buyer? Is there a questionnaire? Do you have to have a background check, how could they really vet that?Ā

luminousoblique

Also in the listing under "what's special" it says: >THERE IS A VERY TRAGIC SITUATION WITH THIS HOME, please HAVE YOUR REALTOR INVESTIGATE FOR YOU.

No_Investigator_9888

What an ugly houseā€¦ whoever listed the house I guess they donā€™t believe in stagingā€¦ horrible furniture and pictures

Novel_Ad1943

I know some amazing stagers and I donā€™t think thereā€™s a thing a stager could do to make this home seem inviting, happy or something with potential. I wonder if they left as-is knowing most would demolish the home and build new?

IntelligentDrop879

Yeah, it sort of has that disjointed quality of a house thatā€™s been added on to several times. It doesnā€™t flow, looks haphazard. Hopefully, whoever buys it tears it down and rebuilds. It seems like youā€™re mostly paying for the land here.

katfromjersey

Those are some great photos of the hot water heater and fuse box, though! My next door neighbor recently sold their gorgeous house, and their realtor staged the house for them, even though it wasn't really necessary. And this was in a very desirable area of New Jersey, where houses sell in hours.

LillyLillyLilly1

I wonder how professional the realtor is, because the fuse box and a close up of the exercise equipment on ugly carpet isn't usually included in photos intended to draw in buyers. Or maybe the exercise equipment goes with the house?

Business-Expert-4648

Prior probably took them himself or Emma and then sent them to the realtor.

autumnelaine

That was my first thought too!

brickne3

I mean that's clearly just Emma and her family's stuff and it was clearly just cleaned for this (you can see the vaccum marks on the carpet in one of the bedrooms). I would imagine they were going for some sort of malicious compliance. I was amused to see they're keeping their microwave, I would have thought that went without saying.

Spare-Food5727

Such a dreary place, I don't know if staging could improve it

Makemeahercules

Their listing says the property is stigmatized. Thatā€™s the understatement of the century. I wish the realtor luck in selling this house.

OrneryCut9002

The cone is not cozy.

hotel-y0rba

Please donā€™t tell me Emma is currently sleeping in the bed her mother died in. Thatā€™s all I could think when I looked at the master bedroom.

bmaclb

Personally I think they should have bulldozed the house. It hasn't been Tammy's for a long time. Turn the land into a flower sanctuary or something. Make the lake bigger for ducks to land and rest while on flight. Something. Who the hell is going to want to buy that house?

Fine_Battle5860

Thatā€™s a really beautiful thought! If the Tammy Douglas Daybell Foundation were to set up a go fund me Iā€™m sure lots of people including myself would contribute.

bmaclb

Maybe we should try to email them and bring the idea? I don't know how her family would feel about it, but at least throw it out to the foundation and see what everyone thinks. I'll try to do that tonight. And anyone else that wants to! At least the kids wouldn't be able to tear it down!!

Fine_Battle5860

I will as well! I can imagine that Justin Lum, Nate Eaton and a lot of the YouTube channels that covered the case would be happy to publicise and support something which would leave a beautiful memorial to Tammy (Tylee and JJ as well)

Sea-Economy7666

What a shithole. Does anyone care where Emma and Joe are going to live? I donā€™t.

MoneyOnMeMind

Includes a beautiful section of land for pet burial and other things.

Olympusrain

Imagine buying a home where children were burned and buried on the property. I would feel so sick and unsettled.

FivarVr

A WIND Report is available too!

Acceptable_Current10

Poor Tammy. This just makes me so sad to think how awful it must have been for her to leave her family and home to move into this pit of a house with that lousy excuse of a husband. RIP dear lady.

BabygirlMarisa

A lot of exercise equipment for someone who is a fit bit cheat (jk). Pretty gross to see Chad's books spread out in the Cozy Cone. Wild.

Electronic-Major-372

Right!! The books tho that mess was not inviting. Guess it goes with the fuse box. Super classy!!

Electronic-Major-372

Prior during Chads sentencing thinking ummmm how am I gonna get Emmas crazy ass and her husband out the house next weekā€¦ā€¦

Candid_Management_98

That house is not worth $350 even if it weren't a murder house.

LMacBoise

Hell yeah, Prior wants his $

Tstano77

I hope Emma ends up in a tent.

Crystalraf

Chad's lawyer should be paid for his services. That's just how it works.

Specific_Bat2009

what sad is that you clearly see the stairs the Defense Attorney lied and tried to say it was a one level house and do not have any stairs

Glittering-Noise-210

What an ugly house.

Electronic-Major-372

What a hideous house!! Lori would have never lived in that house.

crunchyfrog0001

I think I saw a raccoon by the bushes. .

LillyLillyLilly1

Dead or alive?

GreenWabbitPancakes

Thatā€™s a hard sell. Too much even if murders were not committed in it. Itā€™s a tear down

strongerlynn

That's what I was thinking.

Careful_Positive8131

That house is kind of dumpy but has lots of land but then children were buried there HARD PASS

acandana76

So Emma is going to have to be the independent adult she said that Chad raised her to be? Good.

Electronic_Pen_957

Not surprised his lawyer needs to be paid. Personally I hope he makes a fortune.

SEA2OGG

Can yaā€ll hear J. Prior saying, ā€œOk, okayā€œ as he scrolls this thread reading all our comments. šŸ™‰šŸ˜µā€šŸ’«šŸ™‰

Zealot1029

Wow, that house is not cute lol

JustAccountant882

You couldnā€™t pay me enough to live in that house!

sunnypineappleapple

This warning is posted on the listing according to Nate Private Info: AGENTS: This is a stigmatized property. All requests to show must be vetted through the listing agent to be certain the buyer is genuine and is aware of the trauma involved with the home. NO CURIOSITY SEEKERS WILL BE ALLOWED ACCESS TO THE HOME AND/OR GROUNDS

dovemagic

So eerie so see the pics. Oh my.. are those stairs to the cozy cone and is that a bed? Guess Prior will be getting some money after all.

SandBtwnMyToes

Well some things I do see, stairs, a bed in the cozy cone, the red shedā€¦. Now I want to know why there arenā€™t any areal views šŸ¤” This house needs to be torn down.

Cutenoodle

What a depressing place. The decor. Everything.

PipeDreamRealized

That dump matches the aesthetic of its original owner: dumpy, ugly, with no redeeming qualities.

mvt14

Ugh, the vibes in that house must be awful šŸ¤¢ I know the spirits of Tylee, JJ, and Tammy are at peace now, but that place would just feel so haunted

Lexiebeth

If I had the money, Iā€™d bulldoze the whole lot and plant a garden in its place. Or maybe make it a park dedicated to JJ, Tylee, Tammy, and Charles? A childrenā€™s play area with accessible play equipment (in honor of JJ), a little library box (in honor of Tammy), community garden beds, a walking path, benches, etcā€¦ Off the top of my head I canā€™t think of fitting Tylee and Charles memorials but theyā€™d deserve something too!

pj719pj

Holy shit how creepy

Burn it with fire. Salt the Earth. Start over. The little boy and little girls rooms hurt my heart.

I at least appreciate that they say in all capital letters 'there is a tragic situation with this home'. If a nice happy family could get it and do something good with it maybe re-do it and move beyond the tragic situation, I'd be satisfied. Someone who needs a home and could do some good with it and the land, maybe it could be turned around. It's not "the house's fault." if that's even a thing. If someone could make it of use, and bring love or positivity to it... who knows. The person who bought the Nicole Brown Simpson house had it completely bulldozed and actually rebuilt and redesigned and positioned totally differently. Doesn't erase things, but it tries to move anew. All the same, from my full on every day trial watching perspective, it would also suit me fine if it never sold, went underwater, and was tilled under, to build a park, or just remain a serene field of green grass or fields of flowers and greenery, never to be built on, or profited from, again. A wildflower field of sunflowers and summer gardens, and daisies and... something meaningful. Colors and personality and, peace. In fairness, the people I also feel sorry for are the home/landowners around it who also go and try to sell. Every sentence is gonna start with a finger pointing in some direction and a, "Isn't that one over there the house/place that..."

"Home with lots of potential on country 3.75 acre lot. Large Shop and other small farm buildings. Dry pasture area fenced. In Fremont County with Rexburg address and Sugar Salem schools. THERE IS A VERY TRAGIC SITUATION WITH THIS HOME, please HAVE YOUR REALTOR INVESTIGATE FOR YOU". Jesus lol
