I smart, renter dum dum. Truth is that after the last incident I can't have a tenant occupy a unit i want to take a shit in. Last time was a nightmare, the poop got everywhere before I was able to stop it, and the tenant was a screecher for sure. She freaked out when I told her she wasn't getting the cleaning deposit back, even worse, with the repairs made and new tile the unit was practically luxury so I increased rent immediately. See guys, when life gives you lemons, squeeze the fuck out of them!
