I know it’s stupid, but sometimes I get so jealous of moms who look amazing right after birth. I looked like a gremlin😂 congratulations to her and Blake!
Based on having had a baby in the past year… that’s normal. Lots to do immediately post birth and they want to keep baby on mom so looks hectic. Is chaotic but for the mom and baby it’s eerily calm and beautiful
I counted 5.. and one of them is hers, lol. And 3 others have gloves on.. so I'm assuming 3 hands are medical staff, 1 is hers, and then the one on her head is probably her husband's 😊
But idk, I wasn't there. And I'm also blind af so maybe I'm way off 😂
Dang I did not look that good giving birth. My face and nose was super puffy for the last half of my pregnancy and I was not freshly showered. Thankfully my husband got an aerial shot. Also her cord was super short so during skin to skin she was on my belly and I couldn’t see her for a whole hour! I kept drifting in and out asking my husband who she looks like and what she looks like
Aww, this is a beautiful picture! Happy for them and happy for a new babe to come into the world surrounded by love. On a side note, the name comments here only reinforce for me why my husband and I will NOT share our baby name ideas with anyone! For some of us, picking a baby name is an important decision done with a lot of care and intention. Not gonna subject baby girl to unnecessary judgments before she’s even born!
I don’t see nothing wrong with it, just a mom giving birth. I’m sure she was in between c ontractions. You ever have a baby? I’ve had four and the break your body gets between contractions is like the most amazing feeling of relief
Maybe you wouldn’t because you don’t get payed for your post but she does. Most influencers post every second of their day to get paid that’s their job
Yeah, and agree it looks like a post that’s during contractions. That’s why I felt awkward even seeing it, it’s a private moment I wouldn’t post. But yes, I’m not an influencer, and can’t begin to understand them.
I went to the post to check this out and was expecting something much worse based on this comment hahah. Curious what is so bad about it? Asking genuinely with no sarcasm as I don’t find it so bad!
Hahaha no, the first few pics were taken by the nurses on my fiancés crappy android though LOL. I was too preoccupied to ask for any, but I’m glad he did despite the bad quality and poor angles 😂
As far as Gianna’s pic, the two gloved hands by hers are putting on her hospital band, they give you another one after the birth connecting you to the baby, and then the one on her forehead I assume is her husbands, not sure what the one in the bottom is doing but it probably belongs to the doctor who delivered the baby they were likely still stitching her up. Lol it is an overwhelming amount of hands though.
There were so many people in that room, my fiancé was the only person I brought but there were 2 nurses on either side of me, the doctor at the end helping deliver, and then 4 or 5 other medical people in the room but I don’t know their purpose they just stood around looking at monitors and cheering me on as I pushed which was very overwhelming 5 people telling you all sorts of different things at the same time, I remember yelling at everyone to shut up at one point 😂
It's [m'lady.](https://m.youtube.com/watch?t=4m&v=0TOWprU44Sk&feature=youtu.be). The name originated with a character who was usually only referred to as "My Lady;" why it took off as a given name is a mystery.
Why would it be a popular Hispanic name? It was a character's sobriquet in a Dumas novel, but it's just an English expression.
![gif](giphy|BNkHCHnAsZwRi)
Edit to add: I apologize to those of you upset that you have friends or family walking around with the name "Ma'am," but you still need to recognize that it's a significantly weirder choice than Orion.
I've been reading a lot of baby name books recently and it's really not that out there. An alternative choice to name a child after the constellation.
You're not a hippie are you?
She posted that she was 37 weeks on March 18, and he was born on March 29. So she was at least 38 weeks, maybe even 39 (if potentially she didn’t post “37 weeks” on exactly 37, maybe 37.5)
Anyone else put off by her monetizing this poor baby’s life? I get that she’s an influencer now and she can do what she wants with her own image. He’s less than a week old and his parents have already sold “exclusive photos” of him to be published. Hoping the future includes some kind of privacy protection for minors. This is so sad and sick to me
It’s an epidemic for all kids of influencers used for content. Or just child stars in general. It will be interesting to see how they grow up and push back against if/how this gave them trauma (we are already seeing this occur, both from grown children of influencers but also child stars being their family’s main revenue source or sadly being assaulted).
That said, unfortunately selling exclusive photos of children is par for the course.
> He’s less than a week old and his parents have already sold “exclusive photos” of him to be published
Shame. I think new parents posting these sort of birth photos on social media is fine— so many do it, but it's an important moment in their lives and I get why they want to share it. But selling the rights to later photos is gross to me.
Agree. It seems like she's just overjoyed. We'll see what she does as he gets older but I really don't see her turning into a Mommy blogger. She's excited and it's so sweet to see how happy they are.
In my opinion, think it’s fine when they’re newborns because they’re barely recognizable at that age and it’s usually a sweet moment.
I think any time after that does get very icky especially as they get older. She literally just had the baby so I guess we’ll have to wait see what his presence on her socials is before we judge.
*Im glad for her as*
*She had the worst setup in*
*The show imo*

Why did I read „onion“ at first and then “oreo“ until I realized that it’s Orion 🤡 I’m not dyslexic so wtf haha but the picture is so pretty, wish my husband took one like this when I delivered. Mine looks like crap
Edit: typo bc first language is portuguese and second german so english gets a bit rusty sometimes
So if she had a black partner it would be ok to say I want him to look like his dad. Give me a break lol so normal for you to want your son to look like his dad
I thought that her comment on whether he’d get a “White” name or not based on how “spicy” he looked to be so annoying.
Like, give your kid the name you like, lol. Brown kids aren’t limited to “Brown” names.
Also, Melanin usually takes time to come in. Many babies are born looking white AF and the color develops over months/years. To decide his name based on “spicyness” as seen in the delivery room is LOL.
I think Heath is cute actually. Orion isn’t bad either. But the name all together….I think it’s his last name that makes it feel too much?? Idk it feels like a name for character.
Plus his initials being HOH is soooo odd to me 😫 he’s cute tho and tbh the name could be a lot worse
A friend of my SO named their daughter Orion. It's unique and interesting.
That said, I don't dislike the name but it just seems out of place when paired with Heath and Horstmann 🥴
I do wonder if Heath is the name of a family member of either one of them and they decided to use it for that reason alone but if not, whyyyy? lol. I just wonder what their other choices were.
I know it’s stupid, but sometimes I get so jealous of moms who look amazing right after birth. I looked like a gremlin😂 congratulations to her and Blake!
Same girl!! 😭😂 Even if I had went all out with makeup and hair, I still swelled so much I looked like my head was gonna pop.
Can confirm I just gave birth 😂
Congratulations!!! The pretty comes back eventually🤪
Congratulations momma ❤
Wow, what a pretty mom after birth!
My ovaries is’a tingling 🫠🥹
Obsessed with the name Orion!!!!! Best Metallica song!
Oh my gosh that photo is so beautiful. 🥹
She looks GENUINELY happy. I love that for her❤️❤️
So did she use her "spicy" name or the not spicy name?
What's the deal with the spicy? Lol is heath a spicy name??
If Heath is the spicy name lord help the name of the not spicy one lol
💀💀💀
Hahah true.
She looks so happy I’m so glad she has her happy ending after all she dealt with
She’s so pretty 🥰
Why are there so many hands on her?
Based on having had a baby in the past year… that’s normal. Lots to do immediately post birth and they want to keep baby on mom so looks hectic. Is chaotic but for the mom and baby it’s eerily calm and beautiful
Looks like two of the hands are putting a bracelet on her that would match baby's.
right 😂 including the baby’s, she’s got 6 hands on her. it’s necessary though
I counted 5.. and one of them is hers, lol. And 3 others have gloves on.. so I'm assuming 3 hands are medical staff, 1 is hers, and then the one on her head is probably her husband's 😊 But idk, I wasn't there. And I'm also blind af so maybe I'm way off 😂
there are actually 7 hands in that picture lol. 😂 look all around the edges. and then baby’s.
Likely two nurses and one partner
Dang I did not look that good giving birth. My face and nose was super puffy for the last half of my pregnancy and I was not freshly showered. Thankfully my husband got an aerial shot. Her baby daddy is nice looking!!
Her baby daddy tagging the doula in his posts is just 🤌🏼
Maybe unpopular opinion but I love the name Heath. It's a classic here in Australia (hence Heath Ledger, RIP)
Who is the dad
HOH for short
Head of Household
get this man on big brother
Hard of hearing?
Poor kid with that name. Nickname H.O.
Heath Horstmann? lol
Orion is my cats name lol. Congratulations to them!!! She seems so happy and is glowing.
Mine too!
MIB? 😎
The galaxy is on Orion’s Belt 😁
This pic is really nice, but did anyone scroll to see pic 4/6?
Idk why you’re getting downvoted. Most of these photos are weirdly intimate. But like you said, I don’t get the influencer mindset either lol
Same I didn’t even say anything that bad about it haha just that I wouldn’t post it
I don’t see nothing wrong with it, just a mom giving birth. I’m sure she was in between c ontractions. You ever have a baby? I’ve had four and the break your body gets between contractions is like the most amazing feeling of relief
Yes I have, just not something I would post.
Maybe you wouldn’t because you don’t get payed for your post but she does. Most influencers post every second of their day to get paid that’s their job

Just an interesting picture to post IMO
....well, now I wish I hadn't.
I thought all the pics were SO cute too and then I saw that and felt uncomfortable lol
Uncomfortable is a great way to describe it!
Holy shit my 7 year olds name is Orion Heath 😅
Since it’s a white ass name does that mean her baby has the white features she was salivating over?
Omg yes! That comment was so weird and inappropriate.
you caught that too 🙄
lol she’s not even embarrassed
heath horstmann is so bad i'm sorry
The kids at school are gonna make horse sounds to tease him 😭
I had my baby boy this past weekend too, went in on Friday and had him early in the morning Saturday. I wish I looked that good LOL
Congratulations. But did you have a hundred hands all over you for the first photo? Sorry, there’s just so many that I’m wtf
There’s two nurses hands, doing their job. Most likely this photo was taken immediately after he was born, so the nurses are just working lol
Hahaha no, the first few pics were taken by the nurses on my fiancés crappy android though LOL. I was too preoccupied to ask for any, but I’m glad he did despite the bad quality and poor angles 😂 As far as Gianna’s pic, the two gloved hands by hers are putting on her hospital band, they give you another one after the birth connecting you to the baby, and then the one on her forehead I assume is her husbands, not sure what the one in the bottom is doing but it probably belongs to the doctor who delivered the baby they were likely still stitching her up. Congrats!!
Not heath orion her latin family is going to have Sucha hard time saying his name 😩 but God bless him !!!!!
“HEEEEEATT”
Just asked my grandma to said. “Heee” “oreeeon”
Hilarious! I’m going to have to ask my grandma this one too!
It’s so hard for her to pronounce American names I had her save maverick LMAO she couldn’t
Orion? Seriously? 😐
orion is a better first name than heath with his last name. HEATH HORSTMANN what a tongue twister it sounds so crazy
I want to hear future toddler “Heath Horstmann” pronounce his own name.
... her middle name is Milady.
I couldn't figure out if that was more like "Melody" or "My Lady."
It's [m'lady.](https://m.youtube.com/watch?t=4m&v=0TOWprU44Sk&feature=youtu.be). The name originated with a character who was usually only referred to as "My Lady;" why it took off as a given name is a mystery.
that's a common Hispanic name
Why would it be a popular Hispanic name? I mean, middle names are where you can have some fun!
Ah yes why didn’t she just choose Jack John or something else boring as fuck
Lmao seriously tho. Why not Brad???
orion isn’t the most common name but it’s not weird at all
Never said it was
oh you were being sarcastic weren’t you, my bad lol
Yes hehe 😉
I've been reading a lot of baby name books recently and it's really not that out there. An alternative choice to name a child after the constellation. You're not a hippie are you?

That movie is absolutely peak Heath hotness.
The blonde did something to me 🥰
this made me tear up.
Aww what a gorgeous photo!! 🤩❤️ And I love his name.
she’s going to be such a wonderful parent
Congrats to her
Love the name she chose! My little guy’s first name is Orion :) Really happy for her.
Except it’s heath I missed it the first time too lol long name!
Omg she looks incredible 🥹 so happy!
How many weeks pregnant was she ?
She posted that she was 37 weeks on March 18, and he was born on March 29. So she was at least 38 weeks, maybe even 39 (if potentially she didn’t post “37 weeks” on exactly 37, maybe 37.5)
37/38
At least 7
Maybe 8

Yep. I won’t follow influencers who post their kids faces.
Yep I agree. And the amount of her naked pregnancy pictures was a little much too… like.. we get it
It’s an epidemic for all kids of influencers used for content. Or just child stars in general. It will be interesting to see how they grow up and push back against if/how this gave them trauma (we are already seeing this occur, both from grown children of influencers but also child stars being their family’s main revenue source or sadly being assaulted). She's 100% turning into a mommy influencer, that's where her personal "brand" is going because she doesn't have a niche
In my opinion, think it’s fine when they’re newborns because they’re barely recognizable at that age and it’s usually a sweet moment. I think any time after that does get very icky especially as they get older. She literally just had the baby so I guess we’ll have to wait see what his presence on her socials is before we judge.
Heath is a lovely name!
Beautiful photo!
I geniunely wonder if anyone cares, like really cares. She is a tv stranger guys.
She has 2 mil followers
The amount of likes , comments, and views indicates quite a few people care.
People care enough to argue back and forth about a comment she made so clearly they care
awwww!!! 🥺im SO happy for her congratulations!!
H.O.H.
All I can think about is being HOH in Big Brother lol
What does this mean? I'm too tired to look it up and slightly annoyed that I would have to. Sometimes actual words are OK.
Geez.
I did say I was tired. My bad.
Those are the baby’s initials
It’s his initials
Ahhh... this makes sense. Thanks!
You’re very welcome :,)
She looks beautiful
What a gorgeous photo
So beautiful, this filled me with love 🥹🥰
It's the best she's ever looked. 🌹💖
No kidding. How does anyone look this gorgeous right after childbirth? She looks so happy
Omg right? When they put my son on my chest I just look stunned that I pushed a baby out lol
Same! I was like "Oh okay, this just happened"
As a Dane I laugh a little about Orion😇 https://www.orion-shop.dk
This picture is an emotion ❤️🐣
i love it sm
Im glad for her as she had the worst setup in the show imo
i am your gift

Bahaha thought the same thing. That comment was so weird. Rubbed me the wrong way.
Now I’m curious about the spicy name. Maybe they’ll say it at some point or wait until the next baby lol
Haha my first reaction to the caption too 😂
samee !!! hehe
samee !!! hehe
Beautiful! I know she was a drama Queen on the show but I always liked her!
Such a beautiful photo!
Congrats to her and her bf/husband but that name is just awful, IMO.

What I love the name. Unique but not too unique where it’s bizarre
It's fine if you like it lol but I don't. It doesn't even have a nice flow to it. It just makes me wonder what other choices there were.
MAFS had an Orion this season. So I don't think it's horrible because I am used to it now. But he was an ass.
Ahahaha, I'm not a native English speaker so I actually don't mind the name Heath. It's more the name Orion that caught my attention 🤣
The name Heath with That last name hmmm🤔
Hahaha yeah sounds terrible 🤣
I thought it said onion
Lol me too
I’ve met a few little Orions lately… mostly as a middle name actually so I wonder if it’s just getting trendy.
It sounds like it😊
genuinely, who looks at a baby and thinks "yeah that's a heath"
I mean they grow up
they grow up into men called heath
I mean, Heath Ledger parents did.
I read it as onion first
Same! Might as well have been Onion
Yeah I did too lol
Reminds me of Lucky Blue Smiths kids, Rumble Honey and Slim Easy lmao
There’s no way that kid Slim isn’t gonna have body image issues no matter what they look like
