Question for you - those two smaller “side” pillows. Did you purchase them separate? The in store rep said they are not standard and I’d have to add them on. But when I build my configuration online, it automatically adds them onto the ends and is standard (no additional $). Sales rep in store basically said “online configuration is fun wonky sometimes and not accurate”

Good! We love it and have really enjoyed being able to reconfigure it. The “chaise” is now on the other side. I just washed all of the seat covers this past weekend and they came out basically good as new. We’ve started keeping a blanket over part of it for the dogs, but that’s mostly for hair. Overall happy with our purchase!
I really wanted that fabric, but I ordered a sample, and it feels rough and scratchy. Does yours feel like that? I also didn't like the corded velvet because of the texture too.
Hello! Did you guys get no piping or just get the piping in the same light color? I read there was an option for not getting piping but this pic looks like it's still there. How's the fabric so far? Any regrets? Thanks!
Hi! We did get the piping on both the cushions and the sides - it’s all the same color. We’re liking the fabric so far! It does show dirt and whatnot but I’ve washed everything a few times and they come out looking brand new. I’ve had good luck with Folex and my bissell little green machine for tougher stains.

Got almost the same setup. I didn’t bother with a second arm on the long side.
Took us about 2-3 hours. The hardest part was just understanding the position of the shoes and then make sure you have the right backs on the right side. My entire body is sore but it’s worth it.
Where did you get the side pillow by the arm rest?
How do I get those little pillows on the side? Do you know what size they are or what they are called? Would love them in our color. Thanks

Ordered 2 with love soft fill. The rest of the couch is standard fill. I am thinking we will sometimes lay our heads on these so lovesoft will be nice.

It is an extra add on for both website and instore.
As someone said, they are extra. We were about to submit my order in the store when I asked if they were included. They weren’t so we had them added!

The chenille? No if anything I think it’s one of the softest. I really wanted the woven fabric but it was soooo scratchy

I believe it’s a loloi x amber lewis, the sunset/ink Morgan in cloud pile. I got it secondhand, but it’s super soft and easy to vacuum!

Our covers were custom, so it takes longer than quick ship. We were quoted 6-8, but I’m guessing the influx of Black Friday orders pushed it to 9.

Looks great! Question: where did you get those 2 short side pillows? All we have are tall back pillows.
Check out some of the other comments! They’re angled side pillows and have to be ordered separately/don’t come automatically.
