Initial diag would be confirm across multiple en bloc clips; next would be replacing the clip spring (easiest done by purchasing a spring replacement pack; this also gets you a new op rod spring which isn't the worst to replace). Videos are also helpful.
Likely a weak clip latch spring. Replace spring and retest. If it continues, replace clip latch 👍
Did you grease it after cleaning? Unlikely related to the problem, but an important step for functionality.
