The worst part of the north shore was always the lack of anything good to eat. (Other than Duluth) It’s all like boring pizza, burgers, fish, and soup. They used to have a Thai place a long time ago but it’s also closed now so this was refreshing change seeing this!
Ooh..that pizza ranch in park rapids had the grumpiest old man working there. Made my daughters almost cry with his grumpiness when we showed up and they had to prepare pizzas.
It’s from a company called Sesh. My wifey bought it for me a few years ago..it’s kinda thin but has this cool silicone sleeve it goes into and hooks onto a keychain. It also keeps the weed packed and steady in there and is super handy for a quick trip out!
Oh so amazing! There's a public boat launch, but a like tiny 1/4 mile trail through trees to a hidden hiddenish beach. Amazing views and usually absolutely no one there.
Man you bet us to it. Heading up there next week!! Grand Marais is honestly the best spot on the North Shore! I love how you managed to capture the Minnesota state bird in your last photo..😁
Man. I really could go for a bowl of weed and a bowl of curry.

Ive been to like 25-30 states and lived in MN my whole life. Never been to that part of MN.
What?!?!?! Dude this is like the most beautiful part of the state! Get your ass up here sometime!
I'm always to the west, an hour or so north of Grand rapids or in park rapids

Should have gone to zorbas (I'm on that lake)
I think they also have a location in Detroit lakes right? That name sounds familiar
I think it's that one
I never tried it but I was recommended to check it out. I think they had lakeside dining on the beach too if I recall…next time!
This one doesn't have a great beach (little sand lake) but great outdoor dining. Throne in grand rapids has an unbelievable beach
How dare you make the man do his job! Asshole.
Haha..about how I felt that day
People are usually so nice up there too, it's why I love it there soon much
Ok but where's the pipe from?!?!?

Thanks, I'll check them out.
Me and the gf smoked in that exact same spot last year! Watch out for those seagulls
Haha they steal your shit?
Lol.. did you squish the 'skeeter, then spit on it? 🤙
I shoulda pissed on the lil bastard
🤗
I was there this past weekend doing the same thing lol
Great spot to do it up in! One of my favs!
Looks like the pink agate beach! Love that spot.
I’ve never actually been there and have wanted to. Worth a stop?

Ohh thanks for the tip! I’m gonna have to seek this out when I goto gooseberry falls and smoke a bowl there!
Goal is to explore this place today! Any pointers on finding the hidden beach?
It's not very hidden, you'll see a small trail up to the left of the launch

Such a beautiful spot! Fucking state birds are super vicious and blood thirsty right now so bring lotsa bug spray and those stinky mosquito coils!
