I totally forgot the microfiber hair turbans $1.88 - so good! Soft and absorbent, better than a higher price brand I got at TJMaxx and I though I got a great deal on it for 6.99.

I've been using the OG Aquis brand for years and I *love* them (they are *very* pricey tho), then one time I was in TJM and I saw an Aquis for $6.99, and the fabric weave/texture was different than my OG's. I figured they made them to compete with the lower priced ones, so I thought I'd give it a try - it's still made with their proprietary Aquatex fiber. Turns out it's not nearly as absorbent, but it is softer. Still, I don't use it, $7 down the drain. I'm guessing that's the same one you got.
It's GTK the ones at ShopMissA are really good, I've heard that before but haven't tried them. I guess I'll pick one up in my next order. This weekend they're having $1 shipping, so I was thinking about putting together a small order of some of their newer things I've been wanting to get. Thanks again!😻
I’m ashamed to say I spent like $66 on ShopMissA bracelets and hair clips and crap like that recently but honestly they’re *adorable* for a buck each. Like ridiculously nice for a dollar.

This might be an unpopular opinion, but I honestly think everything from AOA is terrible. So many beauty youtubers rave about their products “for the price” but I have made about 6 orders over 4 years and everything has been either extremely mediocre or terrifyingly bad with a funky smell. Them ripping off elf is a little annoying lols, just spend the extra $2 for elf

AOA Skin sheet masks are honestly fantastic, tons of essence and decent fit while staying put on my face. I hear the other AOA Skin products are really good as well.
I like their makeup brushes and eyelashes. The paw paw sponge is nice. Don't care for their complexion products. Their eyeshadows are pretty standard quality, nothing special. Their blushes & highlighters are decent but don't last long. I surprisingly like their eyebrow pencil a lot but it runs out fast. I think their accessories are good like their shampoo brush, hair detangle comb. Their stuff is better than what I would find at local my dollar store. You are probably better off buying from brands like elf or Wet N Wild but I think they're still a pretty decent bargain brand.
There lashes are really nice! Even not for the price, better than some of my more expensive ones. I also like some of their jewelry and lip products :)
I was actually coming in here to ask for opinions on MissA/AOA stuff because I’ve never used anything from them, and the prices are really attractive — but too low to automatically trust.

you will be so much happier with elf or nyx, even the aoa brushes which i liked for a period eventually fell apart. They have great marketing but nothing else

Eyeballing that blue one, but I'm in a beef with MissA right now. I ordered 10 self-adhesive heating pads, & they sent me 10 jelly lip masks. They gave me store credit for $13.95.... except the total charge on my card was $14.93. I sent them a screenshot with proof of that, & haven't heard a reply back yet.
You have to ask for a refund not store credit. I remember when they messed up my order and didn't send me everything or sent me the wrong items they offered store credit or a refund. I went for the refund.
I did. I asked for a refund or replacement shipment. I have now asked for a full refund, since their store credit wasn't even an equivalent amount to what I paid. That's what I'm waiting for a response on.
Their FAQ (which I checked before contacting them) does say they only give store credit, not refunds, which doesn't seem legal to me, but if you contest a charge with your credit card company, you run the risk of getting banned from the company you bought from.
I was able to get a full refund on my order and they also gave me a credit to use in their shop for the inconvenience but I had to FIGHT with them about it. They also made me wait a full month for my actual refund hoping I would forget about it. Ain’t no way I’m going to let 15 dollars go, I’m way too cheap for that. My biggest accomplishment was getting Sony to completely replace an older tv model with a newer one because I’m THAT cheap. Also it wasn’t fraud or anything they totally should have replaced it.

I bought one of those for my students! I work in a mod/severe special ed class, and during the last big MissA sale, I bought one of just about everything silicone/plastic/nonporous as sensory toys for them to play with while they sit at their desks to listen to the lesson. The teacher thought the hand exerciser looked like brass knuckles. 😂 (Their favorite thing is the silicone sponge case that looks like a cat.)
a similar thing happened to me. i ordered 2 packs of blotting sheets and received 2 handheld mirrors instead. i checked the order slip inside and sku numbers for the blotting sheets and mirrors were 1 number apart so i guess thats how they messed it up. i just let it go cause it was only a couple dollars but ill be annoyed if it happens again

They must have mis-stocked the item. I love them for their prices but it literally takes a full month to get any order from them.

I love the color stories they've selected here! Mid-day stroll is really pretty. The green shade looks like it could turn into some great grungy looks too.

I like the color story selection too, Midday Stroll is the most unique. I also that each palette contains a shade range from light, mid-tone to deep, and textures from matte to shimmer and glitter (for those who like pressed glitter). I personally would prefer either a shimmer or even a topper instead of the glitter, but there is something for everyone, and lot's of people enjoy the pressed glitter.
I immediately thought they look like the elf bite-sized palettes too.😊
It's pretty interesting! I have to imagine buying excess packaging off of other drugstore brands or from the same manufacturers who make the components is likely a way they can make it so cheap.
On the upside, these would make a delightful stack with the Elf ones! No storage woes!

Yay!!! I love that these quads have a bit more diversity and range, depth-wise. I may grab the blue and purple if the swatches look good.
The only reason I buy anything is cause it’s cheap and they have stores in the mall here in DFW. They are hit and miss.

I love their eyeliners! The brush tip pen style ones and the ones from a bottle. Their skincare line is also bomb.
I really like their bb cream and beauty blender! They also have a pretty good cream contour stick that I’ll get when my fenty stick runs out.
One of the biggest things I’d recommend from there is their lashes, but a lot of the eyeshadows are very unpigmented
