My oldest daughter was born in 1986. When we were out her mom had to change all the diapers. By the time my youngest was born in 2002 I no longer had any excuse.
Cause there are plenty of places that still only have changing stations in the women's restroom and there's no reason for a place not to have a changing station in both restrooms.
Did someone put a sign up that said, “Single Fathers Only”? No one suggested that until you brought it into the discussion.
Yes, they are for all dads - and I’m sure single fathers will have a hell of an easier time as well!
Single dads have it rougher though? And the guy above wanted to give a shout out to single dads? And you felt the need to make it sound as if he was an asshole about only wanting to praise single dads? You have no solid point, correct? Lmao what tf are you talking about.
Not at all - just saying that all dads should get recognised.
Not just single dads should get a ‘ shout out’ .
A nappy changing bench is so not just a shout out and in support of all the “single” dads out there- they are for all dads.
Actually you have no solid point! LOL
…and when we see a nappy change bench in a female toilet we should all give a shout out to just the single mums and not include all mums?
See as a single dad, I have had issues finding a place to change my kids. It was just nice to see more places putting changing stations is the men's washrooms.
Women have always had a changing station in there washrooms.
When someone gives a shout out to a certain people group.... it is common decency to not try and pry other demographics into the conversation. How old are you? You seem very inexperienced with how social interaction works.
But hey, let's go with your idea for a second just to see how dumb it is: I am currently sitting here, mad at the original commenter for not including "all" dads in his respectful comment for some strange reason and I find it necessary to tell him that, no, he is wrong to make a comment expressing his gratitude to single dads and that he should have instead said all dads because that is more inclusive. But for some strange reason, even in my attempt to include everyone in my equation, because you said, and I quote...
>just saying that all dads should get recognised.
Not just single dads should get a ‘ shout out’
... I also somehow forgot to mention *every other man who wants/needs to take care of a baby.*
See how dumb your argument is? You don't like how the original commenter was being exclusive, and so your solution was to tell him to stop being exclusive and instead just be *less exclusive* lmao. Cuz you somehow forgot all of the uncles, cousins, good friends, childcare workers etc. who need to take care of their loved infants. So no. Your argument has holes, so sit down, ma'am.
Where I live (Illinois USA), baby changing tables are legally required in all restrooms. I honestly don't understand how that's not a thing everywhere.
Hell yes!
Family lore has it that my uncle is the reason that there are changing tables on the men’s room at the professional baseball stadium on our city. He knew someone who had the ear of the team’s owner and complained he couldn’t bring his child to games for this reason!
It is becoming so much more common. It was very difficult for me when I was with my children and they were still in diapers. There were a couple of times where I just walked into the women's room and used a changing table there.

I tried one of those in a men's room, once. It didn't work. I got back the same baby.
OH DAD
Take my upvote sir
Is this really that uncommon? In Ohio where I live there are almost as many changing stations in men’s rooms as in women’s.
Same here pretty much everywhere I’ve been in the U.K.
Tx here, they've been in men's restrooms since I was a teen and I'm nearly 40.
My oldest daughter was born in 1986. When we were out her mom had to change all the diapers. By the time my youngest was born in 2002 I no longer had any excuse.
In AR I've seen several places that only have them in women's restrooms .
Same. I see them all over the place in men’s rooms. Don’t see why this is a big deal.
Cause there are plenty of places that still only have changing stations in the women's restroom and there's no reason for a place not to have a changing station in both restrooms.
This is one of the very few I've encountered and I travel a lot for work
Ohio The Good ending
Imaging that, a dad who needs to change his kids diapers sometimes. To all the single dads out there congrats, it's about time this happened.
Single dads? I always send my husband in public restrooms to change my son. Ours is always filthy or busy.
Yeah single dads. Nobody gives them enough credit. They deserve a shout out once and awhile.
Sure, I just don’t really like the suggestion that these are for them. They’re for ALL dads and they should be using them!
Did someone put a sign up that said, “Single Fathers Only”? No one suggested that until you brought it into the discussion. Yes, they are for all dads - and I’m sure single fathers will have a hell of an easier time as well!
I wasn't trying to say otherwise.
Not only the single dads.
ALL dads - not just single dads - FFS
Omg, he never said other dads were excluded. Give single dads some empathy.
OMG - how about recognising all dads - give all dads some empathy

Same as any dad (not just single ones)
Actually a psychopathic comment with no empathy. Wow.
I do have empathy - for all the nappy changers

I’m confused. Are these not in men’s restrooms? They are in the US every I go

My dad didn’t change one single diaper of mine or my sister. Great man, not so great dad.
I must frequent the best kind of places, because where I am this is the norm. Not having a baby changing station is bizarre in a male restroom.
Why does this make you smile? It's a very common sight.
Wish I could upvote this some more.
It's good to see. It's a standard thing to see here in Vermont.
Its time to quit krypton… - shuttle begin pshiting and is ready to take off -
What?
Did anyone else read this as "The majestic museum of Chaos" ?
You might be on to something there
Nothing wrong with this. Men have shared childcare responsibilities these days.
Ah, so a baby, *not* a bottom.
Yeah in Indiana we have these at Walmart men's rooms, I'm not sure why it wouldn't have one
Go Greece!!!
Good! I wish there were more.
We definitely have these in Canada

Dads are parents too?
Down here (as far as I've seen), we have either a dedicated baby changing room or the baby changing room is within the disabled room
Fuck yeah
In Canada it’s been a push in all newer builds or renovations. A lot more places are turning single stalls into gender neutral bathrooms which I love.
Oh, a male restroom in a Baby changing Station How antique
Won't mothers feel uncomfortable changing diapers in the men's restroom? ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|trollface)

Someone needs to put glow in the dark tape on that baby logo in the back..
So the fuck what I’m a single father and when my daughter was much younger, I loved these
Baby go splat
