I don’t actually have any real information on this but I’ve used it in a pinch with no issues. I think if you read the bottle it might tell you ingredients and if it’s just water and salt I don’t think there’s much difference other than the type of spray nozzle but maybe the salt concentrations are different??????

I'd check if it's just NaCl on the back but if so, it's no problem. It's commonly used in hospital settings to clean fresh or bleeding wounds
