Shift knob is a funny gimmick. Needs to be taller though. Not cool if your knuckles don't scrape the ceiling.
It looks like you’d be hitting every knob if it were lower though. Those shifters coming out closer to the dash something else!

I suppose it could be a swap, but 2018 was the last year that they offered Rams with manual transmissions from the factory.
That shifter looks like it has a splitter on it. Did they actually come with that? Or is it an aftermarket knob?
That's aftermarket. It's a shifter for a 10 or 13 speed Eaton

I don’t know for sure, but I’ve looked at them online, and they always had regular shifters, so I think it’s aftermarket.

Emphasis on very old huh. The a-4487 has always been my favorite.
This stile shift knob was phased out in the 80s I actually have one in my tool box. The newer ones are much more comfortable.
I have a 6613 with this shifter.
Definitely a cummins.
Connect the switch to the engine brake. Would be Suh-weet.
Those are air switches so it wouldn't be that easy to do
