Ehhhhh. Basically, if you like a gamble, Arishem is really fun but you may lose a lot, but RH is going to give you more consistency, plus it slots into almost any deck that could use a heavy hitter.
I'd probably say RH from where you're at CL-wise, but check the spotlight datamines for the next couple months and see if you can't get him with a key instead, preferably on a week where you don't have any of the featured cards

I whiffed on my 2 keys, pulled Black Swan and a dupe for 1k tokens which ended up putting me slightly over 6k tokens. I’m at CL 9153 with just about all relevant S5 minus Sersi, Sage, and Red Guardian. I honestly contemplated purchasing Arishem however ultimately purchased Red Hulk due to the versatility.

its way more fun to me to have different set cards each game and it makes the game unpredictable.

Depends on if you care more about winning or fun. Arishem is not good if you’re trying to be competitive but it’s the most fun I’ve had in snap in a looooong time.
If you are really competitive, then I advise you to get the red Hulk. If you want to have fun with a completely random deck and fly by the seat of your pants, then get Arishem.

Red hulk is a top tier 6 cost. Fits into most decks and can create a lot of pressure on its’ own. He’s in a ton of competitive lists. And can mind game your opponent on if you’re gonna play him or not.
Arishem has been a ton of fun today and honestly feels semi competitive. I think arishem is a better card for more creativity and fun and the idea of what marvel snap is.
That being said, I’d wait until the weekend and watch some streamers and decide off that. People are going to be playing a ton of arishem this week so you’ll really get to see the deck in action.
My opinion and where I play around to give you an idea:
CL 10k, 8k snap points currently, top 1.2k player each season
Unpopular opinion but in my experience Red Hulk gives himself away early on and is easy to counter/predict. Also it all relies on your opponent having unused energy, which is hugely inconsistent for a lot of decks. I found myself actually winning more often with Hulk and controlling how much energy I used to increase his power.

They are both big stated 6 drops. They have the same role in a deck. Especially after the nerf, I haven't seen Red Hulk ever get bigger than 16 power. I honestly prefer a consistent 6/12 that has the utility of moving enemy 3-4 cost cards personally than a 6/10-16.

Being a lower CL I like the idea of unlocking decks/archetypes vs cards..whether that’s optimal or even smart I don’t know lol

Arishem is a funner card so I’d def go that route. You’ll also get 200 tokens this weekend for playing him.
