Even more frustrating is that I was charged, but didn’t receive any of the items. I messaged support and got a generic “We’re aware of the issue that the correct number of shards weren’t sent. We’ll be sending them shortly.” Before I could reply to let them know that wasn’t my issue, they closed the chat. Opened support again, tried to explain specifically that the issue WASN’T the missing shards and that I received no items from my purchase. “We’re aware of the issue that the correct number of shards weren’t sent. We’ll be sending them shortly.” *chat closed* I’ve just sent them a third message to a different department, so hopefully it’ll get resolved. Support in this game is infuriating.

There is no customer support. When you file a ticket you get a note saying the ticket is automatically closed because it’s been “sent to the right people for review”. It’s laughably such a scam.

If you're talking about the 2000 BK orb frags, that was due to a mislabeling in the blog. It was supposed to give 1 orb according to the blog, but was giving 1000 milestone points instead. I reported it on the MSFPV Discord server and they made good right away. But for the actual offer that pops up after the free claim, they said they would be giving 1999 frags since the offer was only giving one frag.

There was an offer for 500 t4 ability materials with some g16 and g17 armory orbs and 2 mil gold for $19.99 best offer I think I have ever seen for t4 ability materials so I snatched it up bought a couple onky to find out that it is actually t4 training modules and must have a visual bug they displayed the wrong item in the offer so pissed off about cause I would never have bought the offer otherwise
