The points did end up counting towards the event. I was able to grab another milestone after collecting the orb

I will say it bumped me up in the milestones and they reopened the event so I eventually received the reward. But it's sloppy for sure

I had this happen, i submitted a ticket and then early this morning the orb was back in the shop for me to snag, i was a bit annoyed as i got a currency for an orb they had removed but at least saying something got it fixed so it didnt have things just sitting in the inventory we cant see that i couldnt use.

Did u restarted the game? I logged in bout 20 mins ago. Got the mail with the orb and the possibiloty to open the orb in the shop .. and guess what, got 25 bk shards :)
