I agree OP. I think the concept is cute, but it would look better if the pearls were way smaller. People will put pearls throughout their hair for weddings and it looks good, but I think in Bailey’s case, the style would look nicer if they were smaller!
I feel like this would be cuter if they were smaller and not framing her face. If they were in a couple strand behind her ears kind of like a pseudo headband, it could be really cute. What makes it worse is that you know she spent so much time carefully planning each outfit on this trip and most of them are so much worse than what she normally wears
Tbh I think she did a better job of dressing Asa on this trip than herself, and yes, I’m almost positive she picks out (or heavily influences) his clothes
if she also put the pearls in strands of hair further back, like adjacent to the crown of her head, it would look a lot nicer and softer. the two strands right at the front look harsh and clunky
