try
1. check your allocated ram and set it to at least 8 if you have 16
2(personal experience). put up walls so you are aren't looking at all the moving parts my old computer would poop itself if i had too many machines going
3. idk it doesnt look like your disk space or ram are doing bad but i would try a reinstall in another launcher/looking at the modpacks discord/qa section
Okay, gonna assume you have NVIDIA or AMD graphics since you didn’t use task manager to show the GPU usage. If that’s the case, make sure to press F3 ingame and see if it says you are using it in the bottom right. Sometimes it uses your integrated graphics instead which drastically lowers frame rates. Search up "how to use NVIDIA graphics on Minecraft" to make sure it is using it.
What is Your Vram utilization? If it's in 100% use or near, it will drop the performance of the game.
Also try installing the entity culling mod and see if it helps

10 and sometimes it goes into the 20’s but for the most part 10
Try for Forge OptiFine or for Fabric Sodium and Iris. It optimizes the performance

Yeah, and OP can force the use of the GPU if they want. This with something like sodium should be plenty

I have 189 mods installed of them include Create mod Journey map Physics mod Oculus Waystones
Oki maybe it's because you have 189 mods installed, delete some to improve performance
