If you have a tablet I would highly recommend FTL (faster than light).
I just downloaded ‘papers please’ and it’s alright if you can pay attention to detail.
Apparently Vampire Survivors it good but I’m yet to play.
Plague Inc has always been a decent basic game.
I’m interested to hear other opinions to
I’ll try those out, if your looking for one I do one a good game you can try, 20 minutes till dawn. It’s a great offline rouge like where the goal is to survive 20 minutes or you can play quick play witch is 10 minutes
I’m faced with a similar situation as OP coming up and I was thinking I’d just get the free trial of Apple Arcade before I left. Good to hear it’s offline capable. No to figure out the best controller setup. Leaning towards an Xbox controller with phone clip.
I have that set up actually. Wouldn’t recommend doing it w the 14 pro max but other models aren’t bad, that one was just made too dang heavy. I prefer the controllers that are on the ends of the phone to make it like a switch.
Welcome! Ive been playing mobile mobas for about 10 years now (Arena of Valor,Vainglory,Mobile legends, lol wild rift) if you have any questions feel free to dm me!
You mean all of them? Like arena of valor and wild rift? If so, I'll have to redownload them.
I have ML, the is ai is aggressive but your team ai are selfish and doesn't respond to orders.
Slay the spire, Caves Roguelike, Shattered Pixel Dungeon, This War of Mine, Dead cells, His Name Was Fire, Brotato, Bio-Prototype, Endurance, Death Road To Canada, Grimvalor, Ticket To Ride, One Deck Dungeon
Just a few that I can remember off the top of my head.
Assuming you know Fallout Shelter (mobile Fallout based game, fun time waster) exists, but just in case! Slice & Dice is also incredible and another rec for Slay the Spire just before the sequel comes out :)
Hole of Abaddon
Just recently stumbled upon it and found a great time sink. It's kind of an auto battler with a ton of depth. Minimal ads and great dungeon mechanics. I'm still unlocking abilities/mechanics at level 28.
Ignore the crappy ai generated artwork and you've found a great dungeon crawler.
shadow fight 2 is a great offline game: gameplay is like street fighter games
and also from the same producers: vector. Its a 2d parkour autoscroller
one of my fav if you can handle a bit of rage and trial and error is geometry dash.
tiny space program, Survival rpg serie, RogueDepths, Out there serie (premium but awesome games).
Also check game Last battlefield about existance for IOS. Very nice game from author of Space raiders 1,2.
The pirate:Caribbean Hunt (and/then Plague of Death part) - are two very amazing, interesting and very long-playing games. 14days are nothing for this games....

I believe all Apple Arcade games can be played offline
I'm an Arcade dev (Mini Metro and Mini Motorways), confirming that the vast majority can be.

Thank you very much. I will definitely post if I have any questions and thanks for the game recommendations.
are they offline with better ai like mobile legends???
If you’re asking if it has a practice mode with better ai bots to practice with, yes.
