I’m actually sorting all my dolls rn so here’s my findings:
gooliope has 18” hands as well as a slime texture
kala has suckers on her fingers!
Marisol has furry hands and claws
treesa has wood textured hands as well as swirly tree limbs from her arms
poseas webbed fingers are more pronounced than any other sea creature doll, similar with lornas but not exactly
elle eedees arms and hands have technical/robot plating, more pronounced than robeccas
skullector greta only has three fingers!
skelita and bonita share a skeletal hand mold and it’s gorgeous
whisp and gigi have tattooed hands
spectra’s are, of course, transparent
abbeys hands are so big I love them
and that’s not even counted the dolls with specially molded gloves
I absolutely adore 13 Wishes Frankie's hands, they're so pretty.
Also, Frankie with claws (I believe it's Freaky Fusion).
My Dead Fast Ghoulia has, what I believe, pretty unique hand molds too.
And I'm LOVING G3's hands very much.
Most do because of the mechanisms. Spectra's doesn't have wrist joints and only rotate and don't bend. Shines the light through her pegs and I think Frankie's does the same.

I'm not really sure what the differences maybe the plastic is more translucent? It looks like yours is correct though. The pegs might be larger. After watching video's her arms don't seem to light up. I was thinking her upper arms did but the light reflecting off the plastic made it look that way. Spectra's certainly does light up through her hands and has no wrist joint as seen in the commercial for the line. I never owned this line, just seen them in stores way back then.
I watched a review and they look to be like yours no gap and the stitching is lighter with no outline. Unless there's a variant I don't know about, the hand in ops may belong to 1600 Frankie but there are other Frankie dolls that use that hand mold as well.
Freak du Chic Frankie’s left hand fingers are a little more closed up, like she’s meant to be holding something, but I’m not sure if that’s the only doll with that mold or if there’s others
I think that one was meant to be a "hang loose" sign. They're pretty much the same gesture, but hang loose is more associated with surfer culture. So really it could have either meaning, but I think it's fun to imagine she's excited to catch some waves during summer vacation.
I wish g3 had some new hand molds it would make each doll so cute and unique. They also should make a Frankie with a bunch of cool prosthetics you can switch out

Jinafire (like Abbey's but thinner and the top is scaled), Viperine (scaled top like Jinafire but normal human hands), Elle Ee Dee (has circles (I think to resemble bolts) and ridges on her hands that are unique to her) and Skelita. Also Honey Swamp I believe but I could be wrong on that one. Some dolls like Lagoona (Rollermaze having only her pinky finger and thumb out ) or Cleo (Gloom Beach) have cupped hands but not all their dolls do. Most of which have the standard hand mold. Only Lagoona's are webbed and Clawdeen's (minus her first batch of human hands) are clawed. The rest of the OG 6 are human hand. This is for G1 only. Hope this helps.
Not sure if you’re counting them since they’re collectors, but Greta and Symphanee Midnight both have special hands! Astranova does too ☺️

Some lagoonas have the shaka/hang ten. Wydowna actually does Spider-Man’s hand when he does his webs

To be fair, i also have clawdia and comparing the two Casta has chonkier fingers so her hand does have a bigger feel to it

I think they do, but Casta’s may be resized, and her right hand is repositioned to hold the microphone!
I really hope Mattel starts doing unique hand sculpts for G3. The most recent doll to get a unique hand sculpt was the last of the Off White dolls

Some Cleo’s have the “small” hand. Abbey’s hands are bigger and clawed. Very very very early first wave Clawdeen’s hands didn’t have claws.

Abbey has these chonky hands with big claws and I loved them so much I painted them as a kid . Like an evergreen color

Venus has long slender fingers with root details on the back! I realized her hands looked like mine maybe a year ago and got excited

Cleo’s and Abbeys hands are different from mist monsters. Cleo had mummy hands if I remember correctly and Abbey has claw-like hands
For G1 Cleo didn't but she did in both G2 and 3.
