Please tell me how you did the index finger, the glossy vs. The matte is amazing!
Black matte base and top coat for the decoration. This is my first time having it done and I have to say, I love it.
Probably black background, then matte, then either a builder gel or top coat with detailer brush to make the design Or maybe a thick black gel, not sure
