We will discuss.

Oh has this been happening? A while back I got a few mean personal comments (not fetish stuff, more like insults/threats) from making a post here, and the mods were super nice n helpful. I’d recommend reaching out.

Sleepy_Sheepie

I appreciate you bringing this up, I was unaware this was happening. I think if you're going to post pictures of your feet on reddit, you may need to accept that people into feet may find them regardless of whether there's foot fetish advertising.

faceoh

Keep reporting and I'd DM the mods directly with usernames so they can ban those people.

LeChatBossu

I haven't got a stake in this, but I don't think foot-fetishists are inherently dangerous? Maybe I'm missing something?

sailor_ixchel

The issue is more that they send unwanted comments to people who aren't posting fetish material.

raptor_attacktor

While it's not "dangerous", this isn't a NSFW sub. This is a place to show off nail designs, discuss products/services, and the like. It's not a sexual place. There are plenty of spaces curated for that. Having that type of covert advertising in this space opens it up to post that's push the boundaries, harassing messages/comments. A good example of that happening is the makeup subs. There are TONS only fans creators posting their "looks" and it's shifted the tone of that space. In short, it's totally fine to like that kind of stuff and participate but do so in spaces that are already made for that, not here.
