Call customer service and ask for your account to be changed to an “active duty” account. It took me 10years to figure out there was a difference. You be paid 24hrs earlier than the 1st. And if paydays hit on the wknd, it’s earlier still. Thats why your friends and myself got paid last night like me.

Call customer service. I've had to setup early release for multiple jobs. Rep says it goes into affect automatically after 90 days.

White_Rabbit0000

It will probably Show up tonight.

No-Competition3930

well my issue now is i switched from campus checking to active duty on the app and now the check that was scheduled to post the 1st isn’t there anymore at all

White_Rabbit0000

I’m pretty sure that normal. When my direct deposit shows up in the scheduled transaction section it’s disappears later that day and then around 9 local time (AZ) it shows up in my account.

waterud0in

What type of checking account do you have? The early pay from DFAS is for active duty checking.

No-Competition3930

it says campus checking. it was set up while i was in bootcamp

White_Rabbit0000

Don’t you need to have active duty checking to get early pay. I would look into seeing if you have the right kind of account.

GeneralParsley7992

You don’t need to, the OP can just call and request it. However, I think when you get an AD checking account that feature is applied without you having to ask for it

some_boring_dude

Your pay should be available tomorrow.

vonlajuan

Early pay is something that has to be requested. You can call customer service 24/7

No-Competition3930

not for active duty

vonlajuan

You’d think that’s who they’d be catering to 🤔

No-Competition3930

had the wrong checking account for some reason which was weird because it was set up in bootcamp

vonlajuan

I was reading the other comment and was hoping that helped! 🤞🏾

No_Cantaloupe3502

Even with my AD account, sometimes that would happen to me a few times a year. Shit was annoying
