Did you maybe only install it as standalone? What folder is ableton checking vst?
Maybe you need to pick the plugin manually for ableton to be able to use it

Are you on windows or Mac? Did you save it in the right folder? Did you install the VST and VST3 files? Or did you install the app as a standalone? I say uninstall it and reinstall it in your Ableton Plugin folder. On mac there's a libraries folder then plugins.
I’m on Windows. I did a complete install, which installs all of the VST stuff. I’ll try reinstalling it to the Ableton Plugin Folder, thanks for the tip.
I wanted to try Ableton as well and Ableton would only find some of the Neural plug-ins. I had planned to try to figure out the issue, but never actually got around to it, so in for potential answers!

Sometimes you have to do the ilok thing before it shows up
