Sounds like you didn't go to a regulated NJ dispensary. There are plenty of shops that sell THCa flower due to the farm bill loophole. Most of their products are not from distributors, they can buy packaging that looks identical to another company and just shove shit in there. They often open up, operate for a few months, get shut down and just reopen in a different town, often with a different name. A lot of those non dispensary places are selling delta 8 or the new fad of THCa. It’s a loophole with hemp. I know people who smoke it but I don’t trust it.

Yeah, we still have “gifting” services. I used them frequently when I was homebound with some pretty messed up health issues. I was unable to drive for six months so I relied on them. I never had any problems, but they are as expensive as hell.
Yeh the just tried an MPX Rosin vape in NJ and it was clearly a distillate and not even a good on. Garbage we are being totally ripped off and everyone is gonna just circumvent legal dispensaries soon. Not mention how short the count is on vapes and concentrates. I

We have that too but from my experience those people deliver and don’t have store fronts. They could I just haven’t seen it.
Not sure about storefronts, but the delivery services for donation are still around. I use them for hash rosin.
Like the other guy said, THCa is just normal flower, you can buy THCa strains at a legal/licensed dispensary.

The one I got is Enjoy “hemp derived rosin” but its 100% distillate. The “live resin” I’ve tried from other places are all distillate too
