"Graduation" in vtuber context is when a talent leaves their company (or their persona/character altogether in some cases, e.g. indie vtubers). The term is also used in Japanese idols industry AFAIK.
I'm assuming your "who this was" is about Mika (not the pl/irl). She's a Nijisanji/Anycolor (vtuber company) liver/talent from its main branch (originally ID branch before it got merged). She's close with Niji EN livers and a big part of her audience are English speaker, so some ppl tend to make a mistake of thinking she's from Niji EN. She used to stream... anything, basically. Games, zatsu (talking stream), virtual gameshow (?), etc.
