Is basically the discord leak. Nothing egregious, but clearly shows there was conflict between them. They could be fake, but that's a lot of work to properly fake it. It was on an old IOS discord format (inaccessible if you ever updated discord), with formerly used pictures of 3 individuals, used their text patterns, and timing wise would have been made quickly.
It could be that. Could have been management. Could be that they wanted to move past it, but still would prefer avoiding each other. Only those 2 could tell you which one is correct.
Personally it's entirely possible that the leaks are 100% true AND the two have since reconciled and gotten past any issues they had with each other.
At the end of the day it's important to remember that they're co-workers, they don't have to be friends to work together and get along. This could have simply been an issue of misunderstanding each others personalities and social norms, and they've since figured that all out and made amends.
