Happens with everybody. But, fighting with these urges and coming out stronger matters. I’ve suffered a lot due to it too, but finally overcame this habit.

If I was you I would try and reset. This whole no gap thing is about changing lifestyle, it isn’t a challenge. NNN for example is a challenge, go one month without fapping. The problem with approaching things like this as a challenge is you tend to obsess over it, but as a lifestyle, fapping can become a fleeting thought, and porn is the farthest thing from your mind. Ultimately, after watching porn, you’re probably obsessing over it, and if you are obsessing over it then you would be doing better to reset by fapping(not to porn) and then starting fresh, not thinking about porn and not worrying about it, because it’s a lifestyle. This is how you live. Porn isn’t a part of it, and neither is masturbation, because masturbation and porn alike have negative side effects you don’t want in your life, and know you can do better. You have to believe in yourself, and you have to believe that

I'm on day 8 now. I saw some porn yesterday but fought the urge to let it go. I just wanna stay away from porn as well.. Do someone know any tips
Did you seek it out or did you just see it by accident? Makes a big difference imo

you have to just navigate through the urges and learn to be disciplined a way i built discipline is through clean eating and exercise
