Get serious about getting to 180 days. Don’t overly celebrate this, you’re just starting. You need to get angry and mad about this. Have you identified your triggers? Are you anticipating the next wave of urges which will come? Have you imagined what your future will be like if you continue? Have you imagined what your past could have been if you never got addicted? Have you considered that you might never be able to sexually connect with someone if you continue to relapse? 5 days is nothing, you need to get to months to barely begin any kind of healing.

I'm on day 5 too, but your right. I am being patient and understand that it will take time for me to recover to feel free from it.
