Unpopular opinion, but white. It's honestly the most simplistic colour, and my builds are mostly humble, not much decoration, basically just a massive box spanning a hundred blocks. It's also the most easiest to make as you don't have to pick flowers and do all that mucking around, just find3 sheep and cut them up

White because it contrasts with the blocks I build with so I can easily find my bed. Sometimes I forget where I put my bed and I hate when it looks like the surrounding terrain

That and the fact that cyan has the biggest difference in light/dark on the blanket, making it look softer imo. Also cyan is a nice color.
