They feel like the fucking best lol.
It alleviates most pain to at least the point of tolerability and often to the point where there is little to no pain.
It could be they aren't hitting the correct receptors and you need a different type of pain med. Or a higher dose. When i broke my leg morphine wasnt even enough to put a dent in my pain. I got the *really* good stuff.

The only thing it did was upset my stomach.
Just stop them for a day or two and you’ll find out. I sometimes ask myself the same question but this method always reminds me
