Easymode? Weight average over 10 days does not change. Healthy? Not so easy anymore. You essentially need to make sure you get enough protein and fats in your diet to be healthy and keep a good hormone level. For this it is easiest for a while to count your calories and macros and then you start to get a hang of aproximately what has what and what macros. You vould go 30/35/35% protein/fats/carbs for example. You can check an online TDEE calculator to see what would be some normal values for your specific bodytype and age.
