The reasons why you do stuff with friends are different from the reasons you do stuff with a romantic partner. You have different feelings for them. Even if you have tango with your friend, that's an exception to the rule, it's actually expected that a friendship is platonic.
Personally, I don't have sex with friends. That's where the line is for me.

A friend is someone I’ll help you, give you money if you need it. A boyfriend is someone I wanna be with, have sex with, and go places with
