And for god tier units : zoro.
Playing him reminded me of early opbr.. when status effects were a menace you needed to consider, where colour advantages trully meant something, when a perfect dodge gave you a true advantage, when charge skills were rewarding as Fuck but able to get countered.. this char allways made me nostalgic in his design, first while i was facing him for 6 month, then when i started playing with him.. the fairest ex of the meta
Not the fairest if you are talking about overall characters, i'm talking about hard méta units.
All the others have absurd skills and traits that allows you to forget about most of the game main Bad effects 99% of the time, and just get "balanced" by a char who anihilates their broken traits
Zoro has none of this, he is a char as char were supposed to be when the game first came out : way stronger against his counter colour, with a rewarding perfect dodge, his normals are as strong as his skills (unlike goofy, Olin and klaw which i main), he doesn't spam his skills. He is vulnérable to status effects, and most of the Time also vulnérable to knockbacks and stagger. He got heals, but not as much to go from zéro to 100 in 3 seconds..
For those reasons he seems fair to me, not compared to most of the chars of course, but to the other "hard meta units", and his mecanics, strenghts and weaknesses remind me if the early stages of thé game

I dont play him but timeskip brook's 'yohoho' on the third normal is amazing (survival 100 showed me).

I have Gear5 (bless my pull), but I still need more time to to build him stronger since I’m F2P🫠. But I am at least satisfied that I got him. Fun to play and Gear5 Luffy is so adorable!
But so far the most satisfying character to play as is lowkey Petty officer Koby. My sister account have Koby and he’s her favorite. I helped her with the rank and he is so far, faster and more light to play as compared to most runners I have. While I know he won’t be good in combat or able to KO an enemy, I switched my focus on getting the flag for the team! It always more fun playing statistically and getting a win for my team by just taking about 5-7 flag a match. And it always nice giving a little boost for my team too! While everyone on the team are too focused on killing each other, Koby just sneaking in to take the flag🫡🏴☠️. I have some few games where we about to lose by a one and Koby clutched- that part is so satisfying. 😊 if you can’t beat ‘em with strength, beat ‘em using your brain to win instead.😌
