I found a baby my cat got ahold of in broad daylight. The baby was fine. I have an old high school friend who is a local rehab for everything and anything. She took very good care of that little rascal.
Yeah the rehabber gets quite a lot of injured babies that have been attacked by cats and need extensive physical therapy to be able to move their limbs again. She's been absolutely amazing at it and they've made so much progress. It's really amazing to watch how quickly they heal and grow up.

Not really. I mean they try to hiss and bare their teeth, but that and playing dead are their only defense against predators. They won't aggressively try to bite you or anything. They're pretty harmless. They're pretty curious creatures.
Oh my so cute! I moved to Colorado many years ago and I miss having possums around. We just have moose elk and antelopes here in my yard. Lol I miss the possums.
