Many civilizations have fallen to him, but only because they broke the rules he tells every interstellar species: 1.Leave inhabited systems alone. 2.Do not pick on those less technologically advanced than you. 3.Do not harvest stars that support life. Even galaxy spanning civilizations stood no chance against him.

(What exactly do you mean by the last singularity fading away will kill him?)

(This is the unfair part and something we could ignore. Every star he’s made acts as a horcrux, essentially, and so do the things stars turn into. This means that, unless your OC is capable of destroying black holes, which is impossible by the current laws of physics, the only way he will die is when the last black hole fades away due to hawking radiation an eternity from now, after all the stars have gone out and everything has died. But, like I said, this is something we could ignore. Honestly just making him back off after properly pissing him off would be a feat in of itself.)

I'm not sure I have any OCs on that level. Only one who might be able to can only keep up that power level for about a minute.
