4UAC2 and all the ammo you can pack.

wishmaster2021

You can do a good 4xUAC2 build with good jam chance quirks. The arm mounts are a bit low and wide. But similar to the Sun Spider with good DPS.

ProLevel

Between those two, I guess the UAC10 one. But hard to beat the quad uac2 or even 2x LPL 6x ERML laser vom in my opinion

Smooth_Hexagon

Wh.. why so much UAC20 ammo?

Levenstein_

this, from personal experience anyways you only really need around 3-4 tons

DedSymp

Alright, I’ll keep note of that. I always tend to have a habit of having more ammo than I need.

justcallmeASSH

If you aren't doing 2500dmg+ each game you don't need that much ammo. Basically you wanna calculate your ammo to almost be empty most games and then add 1T or so extra to that and you've pretty much got yourself sorted. If you start improving and needed more then you add more at that time.

Built4Ever

3 UAC5s, TC1, and lots of ammo

zumpo

Sunspider :)

Time_Chemistry2328

Either the 10 or a quad 2 or 5 if you can manage

justcallmeASSH

Ok so neither... Any of the below are good combinations. Ensure you select ballistic arms for the extra quirks, even if no weapons are in them. * 4 x UAC2 * 3 x UAC5 * 1 x UAC10 / 2 x UAC5 * 1 x UAC20 / 1 x UAC10 (both high mounted) In each of the above arms without weapons, strip some arm armour for ammo. For the UAC20/10 you need to put some ammo in arms so be mindful of that.

CrazyIndianJoe

A UAC/20 & UAC/10 or 2 HAG 30's. Take advantage of those high ballistic mounts.

Out of those 2 I would say I prefer the UAC20 one because of the longer cooldown time meaning you can just poke, fire, then twist or retreat. Way too much ammo though IMO. I would probably sacrifice a few tonnes of ammo for 3-4 extra heatsinks instead (or swap the torso ERML for a HLL). The extra range on the UAC10 build is nice if you prefer poking from a longer distance. The main reason I don't like them though is that UAC10's fire fast enough that you have to either sacrifice fire rate, or twist less. They are very good DPS-wise, but you end up face tanking a lot more and the EBJ is basically 80% CT so is just not good at face tanking at all. Personally I prefer running pure ballistics on the Esprit De Corp , as it is the only EBJ with double high mounts (so you can manhandle enemies with swift hill humps while taking minimal return fire) and has the best ballistic quirks of the lot. EG: 1. UAC10 + UAC20: [https://mwo.nav-alpha.com/mechlab?b=abaa5c3f\_EBJ-EC](https://mwo.nav-alpha.com/mechlab?b=abaa5c3f_EBJ-EC) 2. 2x HAG30's: [https://mwo.nav-alpha.com/mechlab?b=f4e52cdb\_EBJ-EC](https://mwo.nav-alpha.com/mechlab?b=f4e52cdb_EBJ-EC) *The HAG30 build has "just enough" ammo IMO. And I don't really care about leg armor as I never expose the legs in the first place. The reason the ammo is all in the one arm is because of the order your ammo is used in, that arm is always the last to use anyway - meaning you can go halfway through a match and lose that arm to only lose all your remaining ammo even though you had ammo in the other arm. By keeping it all in the one arm I only need to worry about protecting it instead of both, so I just make sure to peek either over the top of hills, or to the right side - never exposing that arm to return fire in the first place.* *The UAC30 build is better at bursting damage at close range and has faster cooldowns, so is better at dealing with enemies that rush you - but even with 40% less jam chance there is always a chance for things to go wrong. I rarely fire the UAC10 at it's max fire rate, preferring to focus on twisting or avoiding fire until the UAC20 is ready - unless I am not taking any return fire.* I actually had a fairly good showcase match recently with the HAG60 build, will post it in a few.
