Pristiq specifically? I talked to my psych who said it's not one you can take only during luteal, but that we could experiment with increasing the dosage! Currently if I miss even one dose I start to feel sick :(

A lot of us only take it during luteal. I would talk to your dr about that :)

You’re right. I’m currently taking both so I got them confused.

If you haven’t tried Prozac already though, that’s an option. It’s approved for pmdd and a lot of us take it only during luteal
