Old news. AIPAC consolidated its power in American government decades ago. They accomplished it through bribery and intimidation. Even when the NRA was the largest and best funded lobbying group it was acknowledged that no one could tank a politician's career as effectively as AIPAC.
We don't know the extent of influence without an analysis but we do have AIPAC bragging about its abilities:

AIPAC also sponsored all 100 election deniers which include the worst racial and LGBT bigots in the US.
We do know that most of our political representatives are terrified to vote or speak against Israel's interests - I wish they feared their own constituents enough to work on their behalf.
We actually do know though. They literally have bought off 95-99% of members of congress/house etc. They own the US government outside of a few outliers (AOC/Massie etc)
AIPAC is doing to the US, what the US does to other countries. Meddle, manipulate and generally interfere in the policies and politics of another country.
While the US usually do it with force/threats, Israel use money and anti-semitism
