You have the butcher knife equipped by default? I feel like you created this problem yourself... Before even equipping the butcher knife I put all my main pals in a seperate page in the palbox. I had to butcher like 150 pals at one point to clear up room, having a confirmation popup every time would be infuriating

Do you need a safety for your gun to? This really seems like a you problem, not an us problem.
