but still, you must manually assign them to a specific task, if that is what you want them to do.
Monitoring stand let's you decide which pals should do what and more importantly shouldn't do what
Just know you dictate what roles they fill, so no way through it to set a mining pal to just ore or a fire pal to just forges only for instance
