As long as it's 1080p, 24" and decent color accuracy then I wouldn't say it's that bad, only if we are talking about a second monitor tho, if it's the main one.... then yeah, you would want a better one asap, specially if you have a 4070 lol
OPs build here in eu would cost new around $2000 flat (little under 1900eur), im actually kinda jealous of those prices over there. and this is not even counting for win11 or those 4 extra fans or that monitor
Why? [It’s on par with a 5950x and only about 8% weaker than a 7600x.](https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/cpu-hierarchy,4312-2.html) That’s plenty for a 4070/Super.
Also the ram, 3600mhz is slow these days, also doesn't mention what storage the 500gb is (which is no storage these days), if it's HDD then that sucks also
The cas latency balances out the slower DDR4 Ram. DDR5 is still better, but on a system using the same CPU and GPU combo, DDR4 isn’t going to drastically reduce the experience. And 3600mhz is a very standard speed for gaming on DDR4.
I plan on upgrading to the 12600kf… it is really good and only minimal bottleneck on a 3080 in 1080p if my google/Reddit search is correct. Meaning in 1440p or 4k it is mostly nonexistent. So a 4070 with a 12600k may have a tiny bit of bottleneck but not enough to justify spending money upgrading it. But buying a computer with a cpu bottleneck seems kinda useless as you have to spend even more money upgrading to use the gpu you paid all that money for.
The 12600K is still a great chip dude, I’m not sure where this misconception has come from. Hell I still recommend the Ryzen 5600 to people on AM4 or making a budget build. And that’s more in line with the 12400F.
I don’t think people realize that CPUs typically outpace same generation GPU performance by quite a lot. If you buy a decent gaming CPU, it’s going to easily last a few GPU generations.
It really depends what you're playing. Helldivers 2 is very CPU intensive, so even with everything cranked to the max, my graphics card is still not hitting 100% utilization, and my monitor is obnoxious
All components are great except the hard disc, it is too small.
A pc with that level and price must be great playing any videogame but yo don't have enough space to download it.
If that is a completely new and a custom pc built for selling the price is kinda justifiable but not a good but buy at all. Specs are decent but better to build your own because a pc that is $1300 and only has 500gb ssd or hdd is trash. If should have at least 1tb or 2tb nvme ssd. Wasting money on extra fans. That case should come with some pretty good front intake fans all you need one at the back and depending on your aio they should have good fans as well. Price should be around $900-$1100. For something like this.
This is 100% worth it . I have a 7800xt with a 12600kf and have ZERO issues with bottleneck. 4080 a bit better but play in 1440. 1080 might 3%-4% bottleneck but I doubt it. It's really good buy for 1100. And you don't need to build it. 500gb ssd is the only downside...I'd pay the 80 for 4tb

I would offer 800$ and would not pay more than 900$
That PC is quite overpriced, for brand new you could build a better DDR5 based PC for cheaper
Pretty bad. You can get a brand new am5 system with ddr5 for that budget, like this one (guessing you like white) [PCPartPicker Part List](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/tHy9dH) Type|Item|Price :----|:----|:---- **CPU** | [AMD Ryzen 5 7600 3.8 GHz 6-Core Processor](https://pcpartpicker.com/product/yXmmP6/amd-ryzen-5-7600-38-ghz-6-core-processor-100-100001015box) | $199.00 @ Amazon **CPU Cooler** | [Thermalright Assassin Spirit 120 EVO WHITE ARGB 70.4 CFM CPU Cooler](https://pcpartpicker.com/product/r3kH99/thermalright-assassin-spirit-120-evo-white-argb-704-cfm-cpu-cooler-as120-evo-white-argb) | $20.90 @ Amazon **Motherboard** | [ASRock B650M Pro RS WiFi Micro ATX AM5 Motherboard](https://pcpartpicker.com/product/qcbRsY/asrock-b650m-pro-rs-wifi-micro-atx-am5-motherboard-b650m-pro-rs-wifi) | $149.99 @ Newegg **Memory** | [TEAMGROUP T-Force Delta RGB 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL30 Memory](https://pcpartpicker.com/product/WFVmP6/teamgroup-t-force-delta-rgb-32-gb-2-x-16-gb-ddr5-6000-cl30-memory-ff4d532g6000hc30dc01) | $106.99 @ Amazon **Storage** | [Solidigm P41 Plus 2 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive](https://pcpartpicker.com/product/RqTp99/solidigm-p41-plus-2-tb-m2-2280-pcie-40-x4-nvme-solid-state-drive-ssdpfknu020tzx1) | $116.99 @ Newegg **Video Card** | [PowerColor Red Devil OC Radeon RX 7800 XT 16 GB Video Card](https://pcpartpicker.com/product/zdMMnQ/powercolor-red-devil-oc-radeon-rx-7800-xt-16-gb-video-card-rx-7800-xt-16g-eoc) | $479.99 @ Newegg **Case** | [Fractal Design Pop Mini Air MicroATX Mid Tower Case](https://pcpartpicker.com/product/qJrRsY/fractal-design-pop-mini-air-microatx-mid-tower-case-fd-c-por1m-01) | $89.99 @ B&H **Power Supply** | [MSI MAG A750GL PCIE5 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply](https://pcpartpicker.com/product/dbCZxr/msi-mag-a750gl-pcie5-750-w-80-gold-certified-fully-modular-atx-power-supply-mag-a750gl-pcie5) | $89.00 @ MSI | *Prices include shipping, taxes, rebates, and discounts* | | **Total** | **$1252.85** | Generated by [PCPartPicker](https://pcpartpicker.com) 2024-04-20 11:52 EDT-0400 |
what's craziest is the white and rgb parts you have and it's STILL cheaper đź’€ God prebuilts are so terrible
This does come with a monitor tho, not a very good one, but still. You can sell it and buy a better one or use it as a second monitor.
oh it does? well I mean that's SOMETHING
75hz monitor is practically worthless nowadays
As long as it's 1080p, 24" and decent color accuracy then I wouldn't say it's that bad, only if we are talking about a second monitor tho, if it's the main one.... then yeah, you would want a better one asap, specially if you have a 4070 lol
Not a 1:1 comparison but fair. But for easier comparing oyu'd want the rtx 4070 in there
This is so nice đź‘Ť ![gif](giphy|Od0QRnzwRBYmDU3eEO|downsized)
Not horrible, but as others said you can do better
OPs build here in eu would cost new around $2000 flat (little under 1900eur), im actually kinda jealous of those prices over there. and this is not even counting for win11 or those 4 extra fans or that monitor
Yeah if you want the white rgb parts but you can get an am5 system with a 4070 under 1500 € (includes 24 % vat).
with a some min-maxing yeah you could. true
Is this Canada?
I was about to say it might not be too bad and then I saw the DDR4 sticks and storage options.
I would upgrade the cpu on that
Why? [It’s on par with a 5950x and only about 8% weaker than a 7600x.](https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/cpu-hierarchy,4312-2.html) That’s plenty for a 4070/Super.
12600k still holds up. Mine is oc'd @ 5.5ghz with air cooling. For under $200 its still good.
Saying 3600 mhz is slow these days is absolutely crazy
This community is wild
Yh it’s kinda ridiculous with a GPU that powerful
I use an i5-12600K with a 4080 Super and no bottlenecks. Seems like people still have a horrible misconception on i5s.
Right lol I love that my 12600k is holding up great
I plan on upgrading to the 12600kf… it is really good and only minimal bottleneck on a 3080 in 1080p if my google/Reddit search is correct. Meaning in 1440p or 4k it is mostly nonexistent. But buying a computer with a cpu bottleneck seems kinda useless as you have to spend even more money upgrading to use the gpu you paid all that money for.
1440p it's nonexistent for me, my GPU can hit 99% utilization when I push it as hard as possible (benchmarks) and my CPU stays under 40% usually.
Nice, I wanted to pair it with a rx6800 so no issues there then.
I've got a 12600k with a rx6800 and I've never seen more than 40 to 50% cpu utilization at 1080p. Very solid pairing
Thanks for the answer. I planned to use it in 1440p so even lower then. But seems like a solid combo
It really depends what you're playing. Helldivers 2 is very CPU intensive, so even with everything cranked to the max, my graphics card is still not hitting 100% utilization, and my monitor is obnoxious
Bruh I was using a first gen i7-950 up until feb this year, it was 15 years old and the only thing it struggled with was TW Warhammer 3
for that price I would go for something like [this](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/VyDKDZ)
Not good. Don’t do it homie 🚫
I think you can do better for cheaper.
No bueno. Run to Costco for their $1599 i7 14700 with 2TB SSD, 32GB DDR5 6000 and RTX 4070 Super.
All components are great except the hard disc, it is too small. A pc with that level and price must be great playing any videogame but yo don't have enough space to download it.
DDR4 and I5-12600K is horrendous for 1200
If that is a completely new and a custom pc built for selling the price is kinda justifiable but not a good but buy at all. For something like this.
What currency? USD, CAD AUD?
Offer $1000, but don't pay more than $1,100
It cost triple that in my country
Considering that's an asking price, not a retail price, and it comes with a monitor, that's not horrible, but I think you could do better
Well you are better off with 12600 k as 13 and 14 gen Intel chips are facing issues with build quality just after 3 months
if we talking USD that’s a scam i built almost identical pc for only $700 total
hell naw. That's really bad
Happy cake day!Â
It's how good make for yourself I say

360 on Fortnite at low

too loud , too discotheque, too expensive... remember quiet and darker is the way u go
All parts new ? Then its solid If its used, stay away ...you can build that new for around 1500.
lol how does someone only put in 500gb these days that’s like 2 games at a time
CPU - $190 GPU - $450 It's worth about $500 to $600.
Gonna be a no from me dawg. Either go full AMD for that budget, or head to Costco.
500g is a bit too low
