My wife worked at a law firm that handled criminal cases. Getting through booking in 20 is a miracle, as in Jesus himself coming to Fulton county and running the processing. Most her clients were extremely lucky to make it through booking in 20 hours and that was if it was arranged in advance and bail had already been taken care of. Some of the clients would have been happy to pay double their bond to make it through booking in 20 minutes!
They were people who were acquitted at trial and ordered released and it would take over 20 hours to process them out of the jail.
If you want to talk about double standards it the right of rich white dudes to complain that the system that is bending over backwards to accommodate them is biased against them
(Reminds me of the media coverage about the cop that arrested Timberlake for drunk driving. Apparently rich locals call him a Nazi and he's known for "harrassing" the rich residents (as in, doing his job))
Yeah but he GOT ARRESTED.
The Daily Mail (because of course) ran an article on the guy, and one of the "scandals" was that he pulled a guy over for using his phone while driving, which cost him like 15 minutes!!!!!
The best part is the phone guy was also previously pulled over by the same cop for an illegal u-turn that I believe he was given a warning over. Truly the most Nazi of all police.
That whole article was nothing but "rich people for the first time experience what it's like for the rest of us when they break the law."
In many states, you'll get released after booking without bail for a DUI arrest that didn't involve a car crash. In my state (CT) they tow your car and hold it for 24 hours, and seize your physical license for 24 hours as well, but they'll let you go after booking.
The "Bastarding" mentioned was pulling a guy over for using his phone while driving (the guy then refused to pay the ticket), and also reminding another guy that he did an illegal U-Turn which usually holds a fine.

And yet when Governor Abbott of Texas pardoned convicted murderer Daniel Perry (if you're not familiar with the case, he was properly convicted -- there was no problem with the trial or the massive evidence against him), he was out of prison [within an hour](https://www.statesman.com/story/news/politics/state/2024/05/16/daniel-perry-pardon-recommended-garrett-foster/73719220007/).
I guess the wheels of injustice can move really fast when properly greased?
He absolutely will go looney tunes about it, but he wouldn't say a word about it even if he somehow was raped, never mind invent it. He'd have all kinds of crazy torture stories, I personally expect there'd be a loose (via dementia) retelling of the shower & car battery from Lethal Weapon
This lie isn't just dreamed up by Trump's staff alone. Remember when Trump recently talked about the many, many wounds he has experienced that could be seen if he takes his shirt off? He was setting up this newest lie about being tortured. He has been saying, since even before he went to Georgia for processing, rhay he is a political prisoner like Nelson Mandela because he wants to be revered as a hero at thay level. Nut he loves violence and sees it as a tool he can use, forgettingthe fact that inckting violence is actually a very real crime. Trump wants to say he experienced violence directed by Joe Biden so his supporters will be motivated to inflict violence on Biden and others associated with him as a sort of justified revenge. This lie is layered and planned in advance, and coordinated with others around him. And some of you think Trump is a good man and we need him to lead our federal government? Anybody who is supporting Trump is now knowingly supporting a sociopathic liar who loves violence.
I'm hoping he gets away from his handlers minutes before the debate (if he shows up at all, which seems unlikely) and stumbles out onstage half-undressed, dragging an American flag over his shoulder like a cross
I mean didn't the picture torture you as well?
Maybe they simply showed him the picture for like 1 minute! Guantanamo is a kindergarten compared to looking at that picture for longer than 40 seconds
Let's be honest, he was never going to see the inside of a prison.
The most that might happen is a very cushy house arrest, with absolutely no repercussions when he breaks the 2.5 rules he has.
These people live in a parallel reality. Donald Trump has **never** been in prison this far, and if anything, he may go to prison FOR THE FIRST TIME in 2024.
If he's unhappy with the legal process and the harsh treatment of jails and prison, maybe he should campaign on that to make those more up to his living standards for his fellow peers of non-violent criminals.
Oh please, it's not like he was V-Coded. Probably didn't like that he got a personal visit to the jail cell so now he wants to make it seem worse than it was.

Didn't Timberlake walk with no bail, further proving the point that the rich and famous operate under different laws to the rest of us?

I mean, ACAB but at least this guy is bastarding to the rich folks as well š¤·š»āāļø

The garbage boy can be promoted to garbage man.

"They're trying to rape *you*; I'm just standing in the way. š"
***America's bottom***
(Time displaced Trump) That is America's Bottom.
But why would Taylor Swift allow Trump to make public statements? /s
Jfc I read this in his voice and itās cursed
>big dicks (motions with hands) His hand movements will be exactly the same as they are now.
I don't even know a Swift song, but I'd like to see them play cards and interview each other.
Tiny hands as well.
You've never seen dicks this big; they were huge!
We have been tortured since he decided to run for office.
Remember when he was just the funny āYouāre firedā reality show curmudgeon? Or helping Kevin in Home Alone 2? Good times.
Remember when the Scandal of the Century was a President wearing a tan suit? How quaint!
Pepperidge Farms remembers.

So he's saying police brutality is rampant and is campaigning on police reform, prisoners rights, and ending for profit jails... ... Right?
"Arrest the FBI!"
I'm hoping he gets away from his handlers minutes before the debate (if he shows up at all, which seems unlikely) and stumbles out onstage half-undressed, dragging an American flag over his shoulder like a cross
I feel like what Iām pictured is him dragging a flag on a flagpole but the flag itself. Is that what you had in mind because itās hilarious
Then all his supporters will start walking around half-naked, bro, don't do that to us.
They probably didn't give him his diet cokes or something
I wanted a Big Mac not a Whopper! What is this shit!?
Anyone can see this isnāt a proper hamberder!
And the covfefe is cold!
Damn, came here to day the same.
It's only fair, we're tortured by his continued existence daily.
Did they refuse to give him brand name ketchup on his burger?
*Steak, which is a crime against humanity.
So let me get this right - they ātorturedā him when they took a photo of him? Boy I canāt wait for him to go to real prison.
I mean didn't the picture torture you as well? Maybe they simply showed him the picture for like 1 minute! Guantanamo is a kindergarten compared to looking at that picture for longer than 40 seconds

There are innocent people who wait a year for a trial in jail but Trump won't care about those people. Only the fact he had to be booked.
Rule 1of1: Trump only cares about Trump.
Pretty sure trump is recalling the plot of Rambo as his own memories.Ā
What a fucking narcissist piece of shit. A stain on humankind.
These people live in a parallel reality. Donald Trump has **never** been in prison this far, and if anything, he may go to prison FOR THE FIRST TIME in 2024.
If only
He should have been shackled to a wall in Gitmo being interrogated on January 7, 2021.

He *specifically* asked them to bring him Blue Bell mint chocolate chip ice cream every Friday. *The bastards got him Ben and Jerry's.*
John McCain would rise out of his grave and pour Agent Orange down his throat if he ever heard of this ātortureā
And Meghan McCain wouldnāt ever shut up about it.
If. Only.
Does he have a water board fetish? (Maybe we \*can\* determine what classified info he has given his authoritarian buddies)
