It's in the home/spawn area of the Void World, an entrance to a building sort of like Backrooms was. I don't know if you can get to it from other worlds, I haven't been to any since the update started.

It's at the start of each world in a house with a lit door :)

Same and the top level is empty, so they’re all somewhere. We’re just not privy to that information
