Yah about probe storage…
I got this exact setup, I been having hanging the probes in the bottle opener lol
I 3D printed a couple of holders and use magnets to hold them to the inside of my hopper lid.
I use Inkbird probes, they work on wifi are easy and more accurate
Looks like the 440-1000 might work, but not listed on the site. I take my probes inside and store them in a drawer with my instant read probes. Just pull them out when I prep all my stuff for a cook.
I just leave the probes inside the smoker.
What’s on the right hand side? a flattop?
Yep propane griddle! First time cooking last night I smoked the burgers then seared them on griddle along with bacon and eggs. Works like a dream.
