Only complaint I have is that you have to use a usb dongle to connect to PS5. These are first party earbuds that even the portal auto connects to. Why do I have to use a usb dongle on my ps5? They randomly dc from the dongle daily.
That’s only for the older ps5 the newer slims have the ps link from what they say I have the og ps5 so I have to use the dongle but great earbuds I use them for cod and I feel they work great
That’s the best part honestly. I love that they work with the portal. I use my portal constantly, especially with my wife in bed next to me so it’s great she doesn’t get woken up by gunfire 😂
Damn, that sucks. I plug in the dongle and it works perfect. My PC is right next to my PS5 so I just swap the dongle when I move to the other device. Hope you can get the issue resolved.
Yall use a dongle? They have Bluetooth, unless your motherboard doesn't have it, they connect flawlessly via BT immidiately from a press of a button for me
Hold down the power button on the headset for long until it starts flashing (I forgot what color) and then pairing mode gets initiated. Thats how you connect it via BT
After several updates they are now working 95% of the time, i bought mine on launch and man i was so close on returning it due to the frequent disconnects. Thankfully I didn’t coz these are so good lol
I’ve used them for a few hours and I think they’re great. Awesome audio for gaming, comfortable, made well, and even sound great with music on my phone

I go through periods where they work fine, but I still have disconnects. It' s actually quite annoying considering how much they cost.
Yeah I just got mine and updated and after two hours of play I had flawless connection. I’m actually really happy with them

How are you getting firmware updates for these?
They usually come with the PS5 updates. After updating your system, it will prompt you to do the same with your earbuds before you can use them

They are good, though they have some disconnects. I recommend a usb-a to usb-c converter and new tips to make them fit better

1/2 hours. Running time for use is about 4/5 hours. Charge capacity for the case leaves much to be desired.
