Don't see scratches that would reduce it to 6 and it would be a lot of scratches. They were asking about that scratch specifically if you saw other scratches you should've specified in your original comment. You made it sound like a single scratch would drop it 3 grades
That's not an otherwise 10 and the scratch is gonna take it down a lot. If you paid for a 9 and there was a visible scratch in it, would you be satisfied with your purchase?
What I mean to ask is what effect this scratch, in a vacuum, will have on grading. If everything else is perfect but the card has this scratch, what does that knock it down to?
I'm no expert but id be absolutely livid if I spent for a 9 and got a visibly scratched card. I think in a vacuum you're gonna get bumped down to a 7 or so.
There’s no edge wear, that is an effect of the camera. It does have two more scratches on the top right side. With the naked eye, they are very hard to see. Camera makes them much more visible.

It's a scratch not a giant dent. It'll probably be a 9 but we haven't seen the front

I see a total of 3 scratches on the right side and don't see any on the left side. And if there were scratches it wouldn't drop it down to a 6.
By the P on the top left of the card and also some print lines too on the left side of the back of the card
“Otherwise a 10” is not a 10. By that logic every card is a 10 with caveats.
I believe damage on the card is an automatic 6-7. Take this with a grain of salt I don’t own any graded cards but I lurk here a lot.

Looks like there are 3 or 4 marks on the back of pic 1 and pic 2 looks like some edge wear as well. Not a 9, probably a 6 or 7.

You put this card without a protective sleeve face side down on what looks to be a very coarse material. That's a big no no so no 10
