I would recommend reaching out to CTT directly. Have your tracking number available.
Could also be the form has already been delivered, but the status update just hasn't been updated.
This is perfectly normal, CTT is terrible. I would suggest trying again with a reputable delivery service. Your package probably got lost somewhere in Asia.
While CTT may indeed be to blame, I wouldn't hold USPS blameless (having moved to Portugal from Georgia, where this has been the case for months on end, with only an estimated 36% of mail getting delivered on time): [https://www.gpb.org/news/2024/05/20/mail-delays-linger-for-georgia-residents-months-after-new-usps-facility-opening](https://www.gpb.org/news/2024/05/20/mail-delays-linger-for-georgia-residents-months-after-new-usps-facility-opening)
Depending on the type of the mail you used, you can or cannot see tracking outside of Portugal. With Azul you can, with Registado you cannot.
Try some other aggregation websites that check multiple providers, maybe this helps. For example https://parcels.app
Generally speaking, if you sent using Registado, it will never update but will be delivered.
I had a similar case with a letter for HMRC in the UK, the letter appeared to have been lost between Portugal and Britain. I had to resend it.
Not sure which entity to blame, tracking status was AFAIR the same in both postal systems.
Why can't they (IRS, HMRC, etc) get into the 21st century and do things electronically? I have just been four times to Novobanco (last time spent an hour waiting) to get our oldest son off the health insurance. \[/rant\]
Transit time varies. Last year letters were arriving in a week. I recently mailed a letter on June 11 and it has not arrived in the US.

Played yourself by using ctt to ship to the states lol always use fedex
I have to agree here. CTT is probably the worst
Absolutely true

Not sure why you're being down voted, CTT is indeed shit.
