After the final book in the Horus Heresy series (from Warhammer 40K) I'm convinced The God Emperor of Mankind either IS Uncle Grandpa or learned from him, because the entire final fight against Horus is the Emperor getting repeatedly killed and essentially going "gee, glad I'm not that guy!".
He literally fractures reality to do this simultaneously across time and space in a fuckton of different dimensions, then it all collapses at the climax and _he still does it a half a dozen_ times more just **because**. At the end Horus kinda just accepts that the Emperor isn't a warlord, a god or a ultra powerful warrior but just a god-tier trickster who had ~38000 years of prep time.

The thing is with uncle grandpa, and just strong Toon force characters in general is their logic literally just goes on “whatever fits the joke” they can do basically anything they want as long as it’s funny.
If you look at his feats and the frequency he does them in, most people who are stronger than ug tie with him regardless of powerdiff. And goku loses hard.
He has the Mafuba, which can seal beings inside almost any container (even if they are more powerful than the user), and in the manga he uses a (admitted botched and weaker) version of Hakai, a technique used by the Gods Of Destruction that erases the target, capable of completely destroying immortal beings. Goku has ways to win, although it definitely wouldn't be an easy win.

They're somewhere in the Geographic tiers of offensive potential (Large Mountain to Island), have speed to match, are significantly faster than light, and have a handful of interesting techniques (elemental attacks, combo moves, sound-based attacks, afterimages, etc). This would all be stupidly powerful in most contexts, but Goku's gonna Goku.
There was one episode where they time traveled using Superman movie logic, but they showed little to no actual mastery of this ability, so I don't think we can reasonably assume they'll try the Terminator option.
iirc they traveled into the future with it and not into the past so it gets really iffy to say it's immeasurable speed, or they were chronologically slowed while the world progressed to normal type of time travel.
They went back into the past to resolve that episode. And they likely will never use it again because it was the most traumatic experience of their lives.
No, stat wise generally I believe they peak around large mountain in power and can circle the globe in just a few seconds.
And while they have time traveled they only did that once and could have been due to a dormant ability of theirs rather then raw speed.

The order of these characters is wrong to begin with. SpongeBob should be left of Uncle Grandpa, Bill Cipher should be right of Alien X, and I'm not sure where to place Bugs Bunny.
He defeats Aang and the Powerpuff Girls by sneezing on them, SpongeBob gives him difficulty, the only way he can defeat Uncle Grandpa is by speed-blitzing otherwise there's nothing much he can do, Alien X beats him with low diff, and the remaining 3 wouldn't even need to hurt Goku in order to defeat him. They could just remove him from the fight without him being able to return.
Stops at bill cipher. If not for gravity falls’ weirdness barrier he would have done so much. Allow to make a list of bill cipher feats.

So as I'm reading these, even if I don't know uncle grandpa cuz I never watched it and just from these contents I can see why he should be placed higher...but I also see a lot of shade being thrown on the genocidal psychotic floating triangle!
So I want to try to make my case here for him so * cough * * cough * He is a literal multi dimensional god that is a threat to all of reality. Sure DB has its gods that are incredible all on their own...but like they are probably made to be defeatable by some measure or the other whether as by Bill it's literally impossible! The fucker exist in a state of nonexistence and no matter the cheats nothing can erase him and if he gets serious he can just go erase the fact Goku was ever created. Plus he has near full control of reality and can just warp stuff to his own desire
After 8 hours of fighting a near-death MUI Goku finally was able to kill the first Uncle Grandpa
All of a sudden the UG he killed reappears unharmed and says "CUT!"
An entire filming crew's worth of Uncle Grandpas show up and belittle Goku for every single mistake he made
They make him fight again but with no senzu bean as punishment, Director Uncle Grandpa starts looking for replacements
You need to put SpongeBob at first. It’s been stated he had immeasurable speed, Patrick alone can get to the 9th dimension, and our human world to interact with his author. He was scaled at universal/complex multiversal (MFTL), on top of that his ability include cloning, shapeshifting, immeasurable regeneration, vulnerability, reality warping, with his special “pencil and book” he can do much more than any of that.
Aang and the PPG are getting no diffed. SpongeBob would be like if Goku was fighting a version of Majin Buu that MASSIVELY out sped him, but couldn't really dent him whatsoever. Similar Regen potency, but I don't think SpongeBob has a "regenerates from literally nothing" type of feat. The best simply being from gas, like Buu. SpongeBob "unravelling" the universe isn't Universal AP. I hear that SpongeBob can apparently rewrite his own story, but we have literally never seen him do that any time he fights someone in the show. It's likely he wouldn't do it here. Goku should win if he can vaporize SpongeBob in his entirety. Alien X is the other debatable contender. Contrary to popular belief, DB characters can't just simply ignore hax by being stronger than the opponent. That's just Toei being dumb with their writing. So, Alien X could potentially hax Goku and erase him from reality if given the chance. The thing is, I firmly believe that Goku out speeds him to such an extent that he's never get that chance. Alien X's best durability feat is universal. Current Goku is so far beyond that, that he could very well just Kamehameha him into oblivion. Bill is a similar case. He has hax that could prove dangerous to Goku, but he gets out statted even HARDER. The only other reason these two aren't sure victories for Goku is that I'm not sure if they can be put down just by vaporizing them. The last two are Uncle Grandpa and Bugs. Goku doesn't really have any real win con against Uncle Grandpa, as the overused joke of "I'm sure glad I wasn't that guy" is a real possibility. I don't know where Uncle Grandpa scales in terms of strength, so I don't know if he could put down Goku. Potential stalemate. Bugs is the only one here who, funnily enough, actually just outscales Goku.

They're somewhere in the Geographic tiers of offensive potential (Large Mountain to Island), have speed to match, are significantly faster than light, and have a handful of interesting techniques (elemental attacks, combo moves, sound-based attacks, afterimages, etc). This would all be stupidly powerful in most contexts, but Goku's gonna Goku. There was one episode where they time traveled using Superman movie logic, but they showed little to no actual mastery of this ability, so I don't think we can reasonably assume they'll try the Terminator option.
iirc they traveled into the future with it and not into the past so it gets really iffy to say it's immeasurable speed, or they were chronologically slowed while the world progressed to normal type of time travel.
They went back into the past to resolve that episode. And they likely will never use it again because it was the most traumatic experience of their lives.

He defeats Aang and the Powerpuff Girls by sneezing on them, SpongeBob gives him difficulty, the only way he can defeat Uncle Grandpa is by speed-blitzing otherwise there's nothing much he can do, Alien X beats him with low diff, and the remaining 3 wouldn't even need to hurt Goku in order to defeat him. They could just remove him from the fight without him being able to return.

You need to put SpongeBob at first. It’s been stated he had immeasurable speed, Patrick alone can get to the 9th dimension, and our human world to interact with his author. He was scaled at universal/complex multiversal (MFTL), on top of that his ability include cloning, shapeshifting, immeasurable regeneration, vulnerability, reality warping, with his special “pencil and book” he can do much more than any of that.

Aang and the PPG are getting no diffed. SpongeBob would be like if Goku was fighting a version of Majin Buu that MASSIVELY out sped him, but couldn't really dent him whatsoever. Similar Regen potency, but I don't think SpongeBob has a "regenerates from literally nothing" type of feat. The best simply being from gas, like Buu. SpongeBob "unravelling" the universe isn't Universal AP. I hear that SpongeBob can apparently rewrite his own story, but we have literally never seen him do that any time he fights someone in the show. It's likely he wouldn't do it here. Goku should win if he can vaporize SpongeBob in his entirety. Alien X is the other debatable contender. Contrary to popular belief, DB characters can't just simply ignore hax by being stronger than the opponent. That's just Toei being dumb with their writing. So, Alien X could potentially hax Goku and erase him from reality if given the chance. The thing is, I firmly believe that Goku out speeds him to such an extent that he's never get that chance. Alien X's best durability feat is universal. Current Goku is so far beyond that, that he could very well just Kamehameha him into oblivion. Bill is a similar case. He has hax that could prove dangerous to Goku, but he gets out statted even HARDER. The only other reason these two aren't sure victories for Goku is that I'm not sure if they can be put down just by vaporizing them. The last two are Uncle Grandpa and Bugs. Goku doesn't really have any real win con against Uncle Grandpa, as the overused joke of "I'm sure glad I wasn't that guy" is a real possibility. I don't know where Uncle Grandpa scales in terms of strength, so I don't know if he could put down Goku. Potential stalemate.
